"Great location and communication with host. Everything as described"

"There was a misunderstanding on the home being pet friendly, within 30 minutes of checking in I received an urgent call from owner who charged a large fee to us for having the dogs. He was rude and wanted us to check out early so they could have extra time to clean. I was only looking for a pet friendly home and am not sure how this happened, he wanted to make sure our dogs did not get on the furniture which they don't at home anyhow. I felt very uncomfortable in the house the entire time as...

"The house was dirty, pillows were yellow and gross looking, only two washcloths, coffee pot had water stains on it. We bought sheets because everything looked dirty! "The house is very nicely updated, and very well laid out, with plenty of room for our party of 10, plus little puppy. The location is convenient to highways (about 20-25 minutes for us up to Durham) and local shopping, the neighborhood itself is great too."

"Very clean. Great location"

"House and amenities are as pictured. Good communication. "

We adored the rocking chairs on the front porch! Lots of hot water, plenty of seating, fun bonus Arcade in the living room (Galaga!), a sweet little library of inspirational books in the living room and gorgeous secluded back yard / woods. We truly enjoyed our time there despite the sad occasion. Best of all was the...

"We rented both sides and it is a absolutely beautiful property! We had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to our needs and we would definitely stay there again if we were in that area."
