"Stay was generally good although Hotels.com didn't inform me that the pool was closed for renovation. The online room guide you're sent to suggests you can request different pillows but reception looked at me like it was the weirdest request and just said "all the rooms have the same pillow". "The room with lake view is very nice, and the views are amazing! The telescope that you see in the pictures is provided but in our case did not work!
