With the Landing of Anzio Suite, we want to share the history and culture of Anzio with you; it was designed and built with great attention to detail so that you can immerse yourself in the history of the Landing of Anzio and relive it. All surfaces and furnishings are themed; some pieces are modern, while others come from restored historic buildings.
It all stems from the host’s passion and love for the culture and history of his own country—he personally made this dream a reality by renovating the first floor (80 m²) of a luxurious single-family villa.
Outside, there is a private area with a grill, perfect for evening barbecues and summer cookouts.
The garden features a complimentary saltwater pool with hydromassage and a counter-current swimming system with adjustable intensity, lounge chairs for exclusive use, and a solar-heated shower.
The artistic nighttime lighting creates a pleasant and romantic atmosphere for evenings spent in complete relaxation while enjoying the sea breeze.
The property offers guests exclusive and free access to a fitness room equipped with a massage chair, a multi-function bench, a vibration plate, a treadmill, a mat, weights, resistance bands, and more. The accommodation features a reserved parking space with a charging station for electric vehicles.
You can relax and enjoy a good movie on the 75-inch smart TV.
The soldiers’ room has been transformed into a small historical museum featuring original artifacts from 1940–1945.

The Sbarco di Anzio Suite is located in a luxurious single-family villa about 3 km from the center of Anzio, in a residential and quiet neighborhood.
The Ponente coast is 1.5 km away. The beaches—both free and those with facilities (including free parking)—are 1.6 km away.
In the immediate vicinity, within a 100-meter radius, there are all kinds of shops (pharmacy, supermarkets, butcher shop, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, copy shop, tailor, laundry, auto repair shop, etc.).
The train station is 300 meters away, allowing you to reach Rome in 50 minutes and the center of Anzio in 5 minutes. Trains run every 60 minutes.
A bus stop is located 100 meters away, from which you can reach Rome via the Castelli Romani.
