La atención del front desk exelente!! La habitación muy descuidada y el 3 nivel tenía un olor muy desagradable y no nos hicieron la limpieza el día jueves 4 de agosto 😥😥 le falta darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones!!

Maravillosa
Agradecemos a Bart, el recepcionista la atención prestada. Poco español, pero su atención, inmejorable. Se tomo la molestia de imprimir plano con lugares turísticos, en idiomas fácil de localizar. Habitación excelente, ubicación igual. Excelente atención.

Hotel correcto aunque algo "cansado"
Excelente ubicación muy céntrica en la parte vieja de la ciudad. Un hotel correcto, con mobiliario actualizado y cómodo pero el hotel en sí mejoraría mucho con una renovación de los baños e instalaciones generales. Desayuno correcto.

En este hotel no repetiríamos, aunque el precio fue realmente económico y está muy céntrico, casi no había luz en la habitación, quiza tenga habitaciones mejores

Personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De kamer, op de 5e verdieping aan de straatkant, was verouderd en gehorig. Afzuiging badkamer en koelkast maakte veel geluid. De lift was ook zeer hoorbaar. Kamers zijn aan renovatie toe.

Booked superior room with double bed. Got a very ok room with two single beds. Water pressure in shower was very low.

Great location…about 25 minute walk from Mechelen train station, and 10’minutes (the other direction) to the main square…with lots of shops along the way both directions

Prima ontbijt, hotel is wat gedateerd, locatie is uitstekend. Bijzet bed voor onze dochter was versleten en ingezakt, te laag en niet meer geschikt voor gebruik. Dekbed op 2 persoonsbed was veel te zwaar en niet comfortabel.

Friendly Personnel
The staff are friendly and helpful. Specially the lady responsible for the breakfast buffet. When she knew i was on a hurry, she brought me a box and suggested that i take some food for the road. Also, the location is perfect, very near the city center.

Great location. This hotel is run down and 'maintenance challenged'. We had a slow draining sink and the shower wand kept on coming off in our hand. We had carpet in our room (not hardwood like in the pic here) that was old and could have used a GOOD cleaning. Hallway (on 5th floor) definitely smelled like stale smoke as another reviewer mentioned. Be prepared for the parking to be full (which is not something you really want to deal with when rolling in at midnight.) We ended up parking at the Indigo down the street.

Dringend renovatie nodig
We verbleven op het 5de verdiep. Zo te zien aan de foto's op de website het oudste gedeelte. Kamers zagen er zeker zo niet uit. Zeer dringend aan renovatie toe. Ook heel veel geluid vanop de gang hoorbaar. Motor van de lift duidelijk hoorbaar tot in de kamer, ook het centraal verluchtingssysteem van de badkamer zeer luidruchtig, vervelend tijdens de nacht. Als de buren hun schakelaar aan het bed gebruikten hoorde we die even goed alsof het onze schakelaar was....Ontbijt was in orde, gemeenschappelijke ruimte gelijkvloers en 1ste verdiep waren gelukkig recenter dan ons 5de verdiep. Kortom, niet zo'n aangename ervaring met NH te Mechelen. Zeker voor deze prijs hadden we toch meer verwacht.

All good
Check-in and check-out went perfectly. Our bikes wete safely stored in the underground parking. Breakfast was good, the lady managing this was very efficient. The room was good, clean and tidy, nice view overlooking the streets below. Our only complaint was our neighbour with OCD in the adjacent room who was opening and closing the doors and switching the lights on and off for hours, but this was not a problem of the hotel.

Lovely place, nice quiet location. Breakfast was nice and the room was clean, big and spacious. Check in and out was easy. We used an underground parking lot a few mins away which cost 11 euro for our night stay.
