"Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. "

"Fabulous place!! Loved the decor! Pictures didn’t do it justice. Probably the best appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in. All the spices one might want, fully outfitted kitchen. Very cozy and comfortable. Great location, walk to hot springs. Though close to the Main Street it is well insulated so very quiet. Ohea was a wonderful host, very responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower. I would definitely stay again!!"

"There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too."

"We had a wonderful time in the Red Ryder cabin. The wood stove really warmed the place up. The giant open room is perfect for hanging out together. As promised, my youngest loved making the loft her space. My husband ran around the forest in back and we all lived having just a 20 minute drive to Wolf Creek."

"Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen...

"The cabin was perfect for our group of four. It would be very comfortable for 6 guests as well. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay near the ski area or Pagosa Springs. Checking in and out was super easy. The property managers were very helpful with the process and reached out to be sure everything was set up for our stay. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and everything worked perfectly. We will stay here again when we return to Wolf Creek."
