"Clean and spacious place. Easy check-in with quick communication. We appreciated being close to the beach. It is a steep hill to/from the apartment to get to the beach and restaurants for those that may have mobility issues. Would recommend for those wanting to have beach access and be close to the Cruz Bay ferry."

"Great location close to Red Hook and Sapphire Beach, I would be afraid to walk to Red Hook though, take a cab.Unit is nice and clean - well appointed with up to date appliances. No dishwasher if you use a lot dishes. Be aware the plates on hand are not microwave safe.All in all a great unit."

"The beach area was accurate. The condo was not clean, there was mold growing in the shower and the bathroom door and floor obviously had water damage and was coming off. The toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly. The listing stated that the kitchen appliances were new and the sofa was new, but that was also not the case."
