"En general el hotel es bueno, personal agradable y buenas facilidades; pero la estructura esta un poco deteriorada. Las alfombras de los pasillos lucen sucias y las habitaciones necesitan un upgrade a nivel general. Durante la estancia el TV no funcionaba, luego lo revisaron y solo tenia acceso a un solo canal. "

"Este hotel considero que el precio y lo que te ofrecen es bueno, su restaurante japonés fue nuestro favorito. Lo único que podría señalar es que la barra de snaks antes de las 5 ya casi no encuentras cosas más que pizza , pero su pizza está deliciosa ! Nos encantó el servicio. No es muy grande el hotel así q no necesitas carritos para recorrerlo."

"It was a great choice! The hotel is beautiful. We paid for the Excellence Club upgrade, and it was totally worth it. The restaurants are good. Surprisingly, Magna (the Excellence Club exclusive restaurant) was not our favorite. It was good, but not quite what we expected given the premium experience. Food-wise, it was a mixed experience. At the end of the day, it’s an all-inclusive resort, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The Asian restaurant, the Indian restaurant, and the breakfast buffet were all very good. Some of the other restaurants could use improvement, especially the room service menu, which was the weakest food experience during our stay. It was particularly disappointing since the same menu is also served at the Excellence Club pools. The staff is incredibly friendly, and several people truly stood out for their exceptional service: Jorge, Claudy, Ariela, and Yosaina. The entertainment and activities were also very good. I would have loved to see more variety in the wellness offerings, particularly yoga and Pilates classes. Most yoga sessions were basic 30-minute classes in the evening, and additional options throughout the day would have been a great enhancement. Our room was excellent: comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would happily return."
