"Beautiful Beach, mediocre service at best. No beach towels despite askig for them 3 hours, can´t get bottled water pas 7 pm... can´t call guest services to book a venue, you have to go personally, no hair Dryer despite requesting it for two consecutive days.... Not what you´d expect from a $700 / night hotel...... People are nice bur service Really Mediocre"

"Well….well. My stay at the Verandah was EXCELLENT! The resort is beautiful it’s a sight to see. Checking was quick.. our room/bathroom was huge and beautifully kept. Housekeeping came every other day to clean up. Hospitality was on the MONEY. And let me tell you…the food is to die for. As someone who’s from the West Indies when I stay at all inclusive resorts the food are normally tasteless but the Veranda chefs wasn’t playing with their seasonings. "We loved our stay in st james. The location is unbeatable, the beaches are great for swimming, we loved our beachfront room. All the staff were nice and friendly. We booked two offsite excursions through the hotel which ran smoothly and we enjoyed a lot. We would love to be back soon."
