This spacious, desirable and sumptuous top quality home is one of the enchanting "Senorio del Castillo" villas. Boasting four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two lounges and your own private heated pool, you will be able to appreciate its spaciousness and quality throughout.
It has a solarium for those that want to roast themselves on the roof. Around the pool area there is plenty of room for the eight sunbeds. No more hotel jostling for position at the crack of dawn, come out of the lounge and your unoccupied private poolside sunbed awaits you. The kitchen is fully kitted out for that home from home experience. All beds and bedding are hotel quality with no skimping on price or quality.

Outside on the ground floor, there is a private swimming pool, extensive terrace and pool surrounding areas. A shaded patio area where you can find respite from the sun when required, alternatively lap up the sun all day, with direct sunlight hitting the area around the pool right until early evening. Alternatively, go to the extensive private solarium at the top of the villa where the suns rays till the end of the day. Whichever you choose extensive uninterrupted views of the Atlantic ocean, two golf courses, the marina and coastline all provide that memorable view and stunning backdrop for your holiday.

Using the terrace entrance by the pool, walking through the large patio doors takes you to the Lounge. The designer eight seat dining table complementing the luxury corner sofa unit are easily accommodated in this spacious area. Here you can view main English TV channels, on a modern Samsung 48" smart TV, we also provide WiFi at no extra cost, so with a smart TV so you access, catch up and use your own pay per view account such as Netflix, meaning you can have all the comforts of home. Press OK on the Samsung remote to navigate to video club with an extensive library of free streamed movie and program content.

Alongside the lounge, through the double doors, is the modern fully equipped kitchen, including those extras such as fitted dishwasher and fitted Microwave. All that you need to magic up a meal to be eaten on the eight seat designer living dining table or maybe a Mediterranean salad you can enjoy eating outside, on the fresh air dining table or alternatively on the comfortable corner seating.

The ground floor also provides for two double bedrooms. The master with its large private bathroom, twin sinks a Jacuzzi bath and shower. That bedroom hosts a King size bed complete with hotel quality, 300+ count, bedding and built in wardrobes. View the photos to realise that everywhere is furnished with quality in mind. The second bedroom also accommodates a King size bed, quality bedding, built in wardrobes and furnishing. Situated next door to a fully tiled bathroom comprising of shower, sink and toilet.

Moving down the interior stairs to the traditional Mediterranean style inside courtyard, this is open to the skies, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee whilst browsing the daily newspaper. On this floor there are another two twin bedrooms, third bathroom, second lounge and utility room. Both of these two bedrooms also provide excellent quality furnishings with twin beds, extra long for comfort at 2 metres and sumptuous hotel quality bedding. The second lounge provides a perfect reading and relaxing room, especially when you want a break from the summer sun. Lastly the utility room encompasses those items sometimes necessary but you don't like to think about when away. A Samsung washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.

Moving away from the Villa, for parking there is plenty of space outside or on the property. The property, located on a hill overlooking Caleta De Fuste is what gives it its stunning views. Driving will take you only a few minutes to the Town and Beaches, fifteen minutes to the airport and around five minutes for a choice of two golf courses Alternatively you can walk down to a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and ATM within ten minutes. Whilst around a twenty minutes walk, will take you to the Town and beach. Whilst some visitors may prefer to walk or have a car, those that choose neither, the plentiful taxis that can take you to and from Town cost less than four Euros daytime and Five Euros after midnight (Prices Jan 2023) for a journey.
