Uno de los mejores lugares en los que me he hospedado. La atencion personalizada, la nitidez de las habitaciones, el personal de limpieza y el desayuno. Volveria a quedarme mil veces. Lugar muy romantico.

Hotel in Antigua near the city center.
The place is very quiet and you can hardly hear the outside noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well as providing orientation to the site. On our part my wife and I have spent 4 excellent days and well attended.

El hotel es muy agradable, cómodo, moderno, el Wifii excelente, se ubica cerca de la subida al mirador, y rodeado de los principales atractivos de la ciudad, el personal es muy atento y los procesos de check-in y check-out muy ágiles.

Evelyn was great at reception. She guided me throughout Antigua and arranged a great driver to Atitlan. The ladies make beautiful breakfasts. The room was beautiful and clean. The know me as Vivien there! Thank you all!

I am surprise how did property gets high ratings.The owner seems to not care for guests and instead manages this place poorly. All staff members seemed to be worried and concerned about losing their job and provide the minimum amenities to guest. We checked in at 3pm and spent few hours in the room trying to rest fron our trip. However, the drapes have no blackout and the doors were poory frabicated locally allowing all sound to travel inside the room. Good luck trying to rest or to sleep after 6am. We went out for dinner and when we got back all lights were off in a ridiculous effort to save energy, creating a hazard for guest. I understand climate change and trying to conserve energy, but this is ridiculous. The worst was yet to happen. A guest had a giant dog - regardless that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED is stated on Expedia. My wife is allergic to dogs and got extremely sick. When i contact the owner, she refuse to provide a refund and i had ro contact Expedia to cancel my second night. PLEASE NOTE THAT I PAID $150 A NIGHT FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUITE. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this property.

We are very sorry you had a bad experience at the hotel, but let me clarify some of the things you stated before: - The suite is at the back of the house so no sound from the street can travel there just the sound of the fountain outside of your room. - We do have good doors and black oit curtains that are block 95% of all light coming inside of the room - The other guests that where staying at the hotel came to visit family and the grandpa lives in Antigua. He came to the hotel to visit them and had a dog, the dog stayed sited in an open space for a few hours and never entered your room. We are a pet friendly hotel and most of our guests are as well but very sorry that the allergies where so bad for your wife - When you called to cancel the next night a staff member of the hotel immediately talked to you and gave you the money back without making a complaint or not wanting to do it she even went to bank to take out cash because thats what you wanted. - The same staff member when she was about to leave the hotel asked you of you wanted her to turn of the lights for you so you could sleep better and you told her to do it so we are very sorry that you felt that the hotel was very dark but we where only trying to follow what you supposedly wanted Our staff is amazing and we work really good as a team not with fear about anything.

This place is so amazing! The customer service was exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Antigua. The space is central to all touristy sites but on a quiet and serene block.

Great boutique hotel
We were celebrating an anniversary and the staff had strewn rose petals in the room to greet us upon our arrival, very thoughtful! The manager/owner was very accomodating and the staff was nice as well. A great place to hang out and relax with a book as well as being close to the main square of Antigua. Good view of the surrounding mountains from the roof.

excellent Hôtel ! Bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et jolie (le bémol est la taille du lit en 140 : un queen size ou un king size serait parfait ). Salle de bain parfaite. Petit déjeuner simple : 2 gaufres avec un peu de miel et 4 fraises en déco + 1 boisson. Le patio et la terrasse sur les toits sont superbes. Hôtel calme , propre et très bien situé

Best place to stay in Antigua
Really great experience, I will go back without any hesitation. The owner is very friendly and listening. The hotel is gorgeous, the roof terrasse with jacuzzi a must with a great view on the roofs of Antigua. The suit (6 nights spend in Mar 2018) very comfortable. Location is very downtown. Full recommandation of this hotel.

Made our stay in Antigua
Lovely staff, wonderful room, breakfast each morning was delicious and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend Serendipity to everyone!!

Everything you need AND close!
Hotel is freshly renovated, safe and comfortable. Staff is bilingual. The hot tub on the roof is very nice and the breakfast is great. Rooms are very nice and hotel is conveniently located. Hidden gem!

You must stay here!
The hostess was so welcoming. The staff were friendly. It is in a safe location that is close to all the action.
