If we could give 100 stars to La Villa Jipe in Antibes we would! The house and the property are magnificent – utterly stunning grounds and a large, gorgeous home. The photos do not do it justice! The photos online are typically more spectacular than the property, but not in this case. There were plenty of radiators throughout the house so we kept warm, despite being there in the winter. The water pressure was good and strong and it was a pleasure to have a washer and dryer. We were a group of 13, family and friends, celebrating a milestone birthday for one of our guests. The Cap d’Antibes location was perfect for all the day trips we took (Nice, Cannes, St. Paul de Vence and Monaco). And the town of Antibes is utterly charming. We cooked three dinners at home plus had one catered. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house manager, Nathalie, could not have been nicer or more accommodating whenever we had questions. Likewise the host, Holly, who was quick to reply to messages sent via VRBO. We could not recommend this property nor the locale higher! We hope to have a reason to return sometime soon.

We have just had another fabulous week at Villa Jipe! We first stayed here 2 years ago and couldn’t wait to return. We are a family of 13, aged between 10 and 81, and there is something here for everyone. The swimming pool is lovely and there is loads of space to play football and cricket! It is an easy walk to the beaches and restaurants. It is perfect for a family holiday.

A wonderful house

We were a group of 8 adults and we had the most amazing stay at this house. It is very spacious, tastefully decorated, lots of room for us to interact, comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. The grounds are beautiful, large grassy area, plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds not to mention a very large pool. The beach is a short walk away. We hired a chef from Tete d"Ail (name of the shop) who provided us with incredible food. We highly recommend this house and hope we can return one day.

Brilliant family home

All 14 of our three generation family loved the house and area. The pool is large and well provided with blow-up toys. We were able to borrow a paddle board to take to the beach - really worth going there at sunset. The sea was still warm in late October. The BBQ is brilliant and persuaded us that gas is best! The local shop supplies most needs and Antibes market is not far away. We hired cars but found Uber met most travel needs. Some of our family had a great day in Monte Carlo by train. Nathalie was very helpful in welcoming us, answering questions and again there early to see us off.

Vor allem die Kinder haben den Pool genossen, der dank der Pool-Heizung auch schön warm war. Der Garten ist ein Traum, das Haus sehr schön geräumig und eignete sich für drei Familien mit 7 Kindern sehr gut. Nur der Herd war etwas langsam. Die Maklerin hat uns gut eingewiesen. Wir können das Objekt weiterempfehlen

A real paradise for all ages

A perfect place for a big familily. We were 9 grown ups and 6 children from 75 - 2 years old. Everything was perfect, the house with so much space for everybody, a big garden for enjoying life and a very nice swimmingpool for all ages. The house were very well equipped both indoors and outdoors with many good loungers and nice sitting and eating aereas. It could not have been better.We give our best recommandation and would love to come back . Thanks to Holly and Nathalie.

Perfect in every way

Villa Jibe, has been the perfect stay for our family visit. There were 12 of us, ranging from 5 years to 92 years old.The Villa is spacious so you don't get in each others space but has great communal areas to gather, and a WOW factor of a pool and garden. Its a clean and beautiful place to stay that I feel you are getting value for money with what it has to offer in the Cap d'Antibes area. If there is any problem with anything however trivial Nathalie is a message away from dealing with it so promptly that there is no issue. This villa works for a large family gathering - we couldn't of been more pleased.

Perfect

From booking with Holly to check out was perfect! Villa was immaculately clean and really well equipped. The space is great, was slightly concerned 13 of us with ages ranging from 10 months to 75 might get on top of each other but not all, always a quiet place to find if you need a time out - the space is fabulous. Such a handy shop a few minutes walk away and fabulous butchers a little further on - who needs a supermarket! Beach with restaurants an easy stroll (be sure to reserve sun beds umbrellas in advance!) if anyone in your party struggles with walking Gingo (down at beach) will happily pick up/drop off from villa in golf buggy. He also has a minibus with child seats and a boat to take you wherever you need. Holly’s villa ticked every single box, we had an amazing week. Many thanks Holly and special shout out to Nathalie who manages the villa - communicated well, nothing was too much trouble and was simply lovely 😊

Wir hatten als Familie mit 11 Erwachsenen eine wunderbare Woche am Cap dAntibes. Die Villa war für 11Personen vom Platzangebot her sehr grosszügig, sie ist reichhaltig ausgestattet (Tische, Stühle, Geschirr usw.) Check In / Fragen /Formalitäten usw. wurden durch die Agentur sehr freundlich, zügig und flexibel bearbeitet. Wir können die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

The perfect family holiday home

Our family of 13 - aged between 8 and 79, have just spent a fabulous week here. The Villa is in a perfect location within walking distance of 2 lovely beaches and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the garden is beautiful. The swimming pool was the main attraction but everyone enjoyed playing table tennis and the children loved the trampoline. We would like to thank Nathalie for all her help and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend a stay here and we are already planning our next visit.

An elegant house with lots of space

This is an especially nice house – elegant without being overbearing. The terrace, pool and garden are great, all with lots of space to chill out. Pool heating was perfect in April. The house was very clean and well equipped – lots of towels. Great communication with the owner and the local agent was very helpful. There are two small beaches within easy walking distance of the house. In general, Cap d’Antibes is quite “squeezed in” – bad or absent pavements, lots of traffic etc. This makes the space of the house and garden feel even better.

Amazing Family Holiday!

Villa is spectacular! Perfect for a family holiday with a huge pool and lots of garden space. The location is stunning with the beach only a 5 minute walk away. We had hire cars so getting to Antibes, Juan Le Pins and Nice was easy. With younger kids, we were glad of having the cars. Communication throughout booking process and when we were there was excellent. Nathalie was so helpful and even came out very early the morning we were leaving to do check out. Overall a brilliant stay in an amazing villa. Would love to come back!

Très bon accueil réalisé par Nathalie. La maison est superbe et très bien agencée. L'extérieur est magnifique grâce à la piscine et au grand jardin très bien entretenu. L'emplacement au coeur du Cap d'Antibes est top. Nombreuses balades à pieds ou en voiture. Difficile de trouver mieux pour notre groupe de 11 personnes

Excellent séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette splendide et spacieuse villa. Les différentes chambres et salles de bain sont largement dimensionnées. Une salle de jeu et télé très pratique pour les 5 enfants de 1 à 4 ans. Très bon accueil sur place par Nathalie. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Wonderful stay

We had an incredible time in Cap d'Antibes. The villa was so spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area and the outdoor bbq as well as frequenting some amazing local restaurants and the wonderful Antibes market. The coastal walks were amazing too. Something for all ages to enjoy in a great property.

Great stay in Antibes

This is a wonderful villa with loads of space for everyone. Super garden and enormous pool with all the amenities you could wish for. Bedrooms air conditioned which was much needed as very hot although downstairs wasn't but was OK. Definitely recommend hiring a car and getting a home shop in from Carrefour for when you arrive. Natalie was excellent and responded really quickly to any queries. Highly recommend.
