This modern cocoon includes a Speedy sofa bed and a cosy living area that opens onto a private furnished terrace, perfect for a sunny breakfast or a romantic dinner under the stars. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals with ease. The studio also has a modern shower room and separate toilets. For your comfort, a washing machine is available free of charge in the communal laundry room of the building.

Access to the accommodation is via an electronic key, sent through the messaging system of your booking. Entry is possible from 4pm. Paid private parking can be reserved in advance, subject to availability, and free parking is also available nearby. A security deposit of three hundred euros is required before your arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a welcome kit with coffee, tea, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion awaits you.
