What a gem!

I had a wonderful week in this sweet house. Great location close to daily market and also close to the beach. It had everything i needed. Air conditioning was a bonus! Geraldine was always to hand to assist with any questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Koukouli is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful street in the pedestrianised Old Town. You can't get a car very close but wheeled luggage works well; there are lots of excellent boulangeries, other shops and the Marche Provencal within five minutes' walk (tops) so you don't need to do a big shop (which would be more difficult to carry back to the house!). We walked in the hills and round the coast, we took the train to Nice and Menton, we discovered unexpected delights such as the postcard museum in Antibes. A great fortnight.

A rare find!

The house is just beautiful. From the street it’s on to the layout internally and of course having a huge veranda was perfect to enjoy the sun. 5 mins walk and you’re on the Remparts looking at the sea. Géraldine is a fabulous host and was so helpful. We had the best time in this stunning house. I would highly recommend.

Hidden Gem

An absolute gem

Koukouli is a fantastic place to stay and enjoy all that Antibes has to offer. It is a tastefully decorated property that reflects the love and pride that the owner takes in it. There are no bargain basement accoutrements here, quality shines through in everything that comes with the property. Being in the old town, it is small and bijou, but doesn’t feel cramped in any way. There is even good WiFi, UK power adapters, and a small desk, if like me you need to keep an eye on things at the office. Best of all, there is a great balcony that is large enough to spend an evening on, and we enjoyed spending time there throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, five minutes takes you to the covered market, the beach, or the main square. Finally, Mme Geraldine the host could not have been more welcoming. This was one of the best breaks we have ever had. Seriously recommended.

Great apartment

Had a lovely time at koukouli, beautiful apartment with loads of character and a fantastic terrace. The apartment had everything you need for a holiday and is located in a perfect part of old Antibes within a 5 mins walk to restaurants, bars, shops , market and beach. Most Beautiful Street in Antibes!

Really enjoyed my stay! The place has a beautiful and large patio where we loved to sit and listen to the live singing early in the evening at the restaurant below. The place actually seemed larger than the photos show due to the 2 levels and excellent layout. Everything is so accessible and no car required.
