We stayed at this apartment in September as 2 girlfriends from different parts of Canada, and for us, this was a little slice of heaven. The location couldn't be more idealistic, and the apartment was clean, bright and perfect for us. While the square was bustling, it was not overly noisy, and felt very safe. There were a row of garbage bins directly below us (just cut off in the main photo), but they were not a bother and they seemed to be collected often. The beds were comfortable, there were two bathrooms (only one with a shower) which was a nice bonus. The A/C worked well and we truly could not have had a better stay. Antibes is positively stunning and this apartment is close to everything. The only thing to mention was that we did not receive check in information as soon as we were expecting it, and that made us panic a bit. It's operated by a rental company, and so the information flow wasn't as consistent with previous VRBO experiences we have had. But we got the information we needed and everything was truly flawless. I would stay here if I came back with my family, and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Brilliant stay in Antibes in Jean's apartment! Its in a great spot in the middle of old town amongst all the fabulous shops and restaurants! We would walk the 15 minutes each day to the stunning new town beaches which are public and have fantastic sandy beaches and cear water. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need. It is a tiny bit noisy being right in Place Nationale, but we didnt mind! A wonderful stay!

Great location!

We had an unfortunate start to our time here with our point of contact being out of town. We didn’t have access instructions until shortly before we arrived and we had to ask for them. The door to get in to the building is really hard to open. The listing said it included swim towels and as a family of 5 staying somewhere within walking distance to the beach, without a doubt, those should be in the unit. We asked and when we finally got a response, we were told that we never asked for them and where they would get them from was closed for the weekend. They give you one shower towel per person so there’s really little flexibility making a beach outing work with three kids. It was super disappointing. In addition, there was a huge city event going on during our stay. Since this unit is right in the town square, the extremely loud, heavy rock music (think Metallica, which for some could be enjoyable) was indeed extremely loud until past midnight. Would’ve been nice to have known about this ahead of time. When we went for a walk, we noticed the insane crowds and found out it was a Summer event. Fun, but not so fun when it is right under your window and you’re traveling with kids. Had we had better communication, beach towels and planned a different weekend, this may have been a better experience. It might be helpful to note as well that while there is a/c in the unit, it is only in the main area, not in the bedrooms. They do provide fans but the bedrooms get very warm and stuffy.

Perfect location

This apartment was amazing! Very spacious had everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location was absolutely amazing and Jean was very communicative when asking a question. We enjoyed our time.!

Séjour parfait !

Appartement agréable à vivre et plein de charme en plein centre-ville, proche de tout (marché, commerces, plage, remparts, parking public sécurisé sur le port, gare, ...), et néanmoins très calme.Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur disponibilité - Procédure d'arrivée et de départ efficace (boîte à clés)

Terrific Off-Season Stay

Terrific, too short off-season stay. Great central location in old town on Place Nacionale on 2nd floor overlooking the Christmas Village, lights and kids rides. Excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and very close to Picasso Museum, shore promenade and marina. Just out the door you’ll walk into an impressionist painting. Jean was easy to communicate with and sent clear instructions with photos. Spacious and convenient.great short visit, ready to go back!

Lovely apartment on the square in Antibes

The location of the apartment is convenient to shops, cafes and ocean walk. The apartment itself is nicely stocked with everything you need. Just know that being directly on the plaza you are subject to noise starting very early in the morning and late at night. We found that closing the outside shutters helped! Overall we had a great stay!

Très bon séjour

Très joli appartement, très propre, et idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Moins de 15 min à pied de la gare, 5 min de la plage, et des restaurants partout autour. Récupération des clés en autonomie avec une très bonne réactivité de notre contact à l’agence de location, accueillant et arrangeant. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, très lumineux, grande hauteur sous plafond et des espaces suffisants pour toute la famille (et 2wc). Forcément la place est animée la journée comme le soir et il faudra compter sur un peu de bruit le matin (nettoyage, installation des brocantes…) et les camions poubelles car entreposées juste en bas - heureusement pas d’odeur. Mais les fenêtres sont récentes et suffisamment insonorisées.

Amazing spot!

This VRBO was immaculate. Plenty of quality kitchen equipment. At night it is absolutely silent! Above a nice home goods shop, located on a pleasant square.
