## Space

Enjoy and Stay offers you this beautiful 55m2 T3 apartment, perfectly furnished and equipped. On the 3rd floor of a luxury residence, you'll have everything you need in the immediate vicinity. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the sea.
Featuring a beautiful modern bathroom with Italian shower, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a lovely living room with sofa bed opening onto a terrace and small balcony.
You'll also have 2 bedrooms at your disposal: one with a double bed and a second with two double bunk beds.
Although the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, we recommend limiting occupancy to 6 for greater comfort.

Private underground parking is a real asset!

For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with high-speed wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Please note: Update as of June 25, 2026—the washing machine has broken down, and we are waiting for parts to repair it. We do not know when the parts will arrive. Therefore, there is no washing machine in the apartment.
