"Nice homely atmosphere. Clean, comfortable and Breakfast freshly cooked and served in pleasant surroundings. Come and go if you please and self cater if you want to. Sarah and her Mum are most welcoming and checking in and out was faultless. A great place to stay and would do it again. Plenty of space to park."

"They do not do the daily cleaning, unless you ask for, but I wasn't told while check in. The fire alarm triggered at 7.30 in the morning and nobody explained anything. The shower mech wasn't working properly and it was impossible to enjoy a relaxing moment after a hard day at work. "

We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place...

"Fabulous stay for our son’s graduation. We had three rooms ours (no5) definitely the best. Great value for money with breakfast included. We ate in the restaurant too and the food was definitely, breakfast included the morning was tasty too. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive."

"Excellent B&B in a great setting with super friendly and professional staff. The room was very well looked after, it was in pristine condition and had all of the amenities we needed. Convenient parking right outside, and the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B - A selection of cereals, fruit and yogurt, freshly baked pastry, juices, tea and coffee and a delicious cooked option. Amazing value, highly impressed and we will definitely return if we're in the area again!"
