Located on the 7th floor, entirely private and accessible by lift, the Annecy74 Penthouse guarantees peace and quiet, privacy and exclusivity. Set entirely on one level, it is bathed in natural light thanks to its generous windows, which offer spectacular views of the lake and the mountains.

Its interior, furnished by Roche Bobois, has been thought through down to the smallest detail. Crafted by the joiners who designed the fittings for the Patek Philippe boutiques, it showcases fine materials, finishes of exceptional quality and a refined design. Each space has been designed to offer a unique holiday experience in a truly upmarket setting, on the shores of Lake Annecy.

The Annecy74 Penthouse comprises the following:
- A spacious, light-filled living area opening out onto the lake and the mountains, featuring an elegant lounge with a corner sofa, a study area, a Technogym exercise bike, a floor-standing speaker, a large dining table seating 6 guests (and more if you wish to entertain), as well as direct access to the panoramic terrace.
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring: hobs, an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, coffee machine and all the equipment you’ll need for your stay.
- A utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer
- A pantry offering additional storage space
- A separate guest toilet

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be joined (200×100cm & 190×90cm) with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), a desk area and a chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined (200×100cm and 190×90cm) with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), a fitted wardrobe and access to the balcony with mountain views.

- Geneva International Airport is about a 40-minute drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to travel by car, the flat has a private car park.
