Bara två år gammal, känns som nu. ligger 5 min från tågstationen i mycket lugn och tyst område, fortfarande 15 min gång till stads kärnan och sjön.Mycket trevlig personal

Great stay and amazing service! I really enjoyed my stay. The two things I'll say for improvement: One, they need chairs with BACKS, not just stools. Two, in my room, there was a white box on the wall (maybe 20 x 30 cm big) that was actually letting in cold air from outside. The concierge and I had no idea what it was or how to stop it so we just stuffed it with a towel. It was 0° outside so it was a problem.

The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. Everyone working at this hotel was very friendly, smiling and helpful. Hugo (Front Desk) was amazing. The Hotel does a great job selecting personnel and must provide training or coaching on the importance of great customer service. We enjoyed the hotel HEBE and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Annecy.

Beautiful room with comfortable bed. Very nice bath and shower. Small but very nice. Ania was very helpful and made a last-minute reservation for us at a great restaurant. Location is excellent for downtown shopping.

Definitely the Staff is what makes the hotel exceptional. They were very helpful and informative. The room was very nice - Quiet, clean and well maintained. Situated within 5 minutes walking from old town Annecy. The Poste parking is close, convenient, and clean.

The place was clean and well appointed . The owners run the place very professionally and were very accommodating in helping us plan our trips and tickets for transportation . Would definitely recommend to our friends and family if they ever happen to visit annecy .

It’s rare to find a family run luxury hotel but that is what the Hébé is. At one point, Dad was in the kitchen cooking breakfast, Mom was manning the front desk, Sis was waiting tables and Brother was behind the bar—all done with a smile and a “yes” to every question. “Can you print this up for us?” Yes. “Can you look after our friend’s luggage?” Yes. “May we have more coffee pods?” Yes. “Can we park our bikes here?” Yes. “Can you come up and show us how to stream into the tv?” Yes. Our room was small but comfortable, well designed and appointed as was our little terrace—just big enough for a small table and two chairs. Richard and I would heartily recommend staying at the Hébé where they make you feel like part of the family, not just a guest passing through.

Dejligt og meget hyggeligt hotel.
Rigtig dejligt lille hotel tæt på den gamle bydel. Fint hotel, pænt og rent. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Dejlig fransk morgenmad i hyggelige omgivelser og i gåafstand til hundredevis af restauranter, cafeer og små butikker.

Un personnel charmant pendant tout le séjour. Notre chambre etait un peu petite mais nous avons apprécié le balcon. En revanche la séparation salle de bains/wc (porte en verre coulissante) est sympa côté design mais... ne laisse pas de place à l'intimité...

Arrived before the normal check in time but were checked in without question. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well located for all restaurants in Annecy. Would stay again if I return to the town.
