The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodations were wonderful. The grounds are absolutely stunning and you can tell the hosts care greatly for their property. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

What a beautiful place. The owners were amazing. I only wish we had stayed longer. If I'm in the area again I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely old hotel located on private 45 acre waterfront property. Grounds lovely for walking with quiet waterfront access. Suites have lots of space for 4 adults.

Clean and comfortable cabin looking out toward the beach. Enjoyable sunsets on a dedicated porch with colourful chair. Linens and bath towels super clean and fresh We really enjoying our stay here.

It was a delightful, charming older small hotel in a beautiful setting. There were 3 of us with lots of space, loved the gardens, and it was so sweet of the hosts to offer us access to the homegrown tomatoes, and apples. Would stsy there again

Wow! This was the most relaxing and beautiful location. We really enjoyed the quiet and sitting on the deck overlooking the water. Just what we needed.

Wonderful vacation spot

Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful setting. Cabin very clean with usable kitchen (stocked with plates, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, etc). Comfortable living room, bed a bit soft for our preference. Host responsive and friendly. Walking trails and beach access a wonderful bonus, especially with loons present. We would definitely stay here again next time we are traveling to NS.

We loved this place. We lost our daughter a year ago and wanted to get away from home and visit her resting place in Weymouth. This place was a happy haven where we laughed danced and enjoyed a nice family vacation. It lifted our spirits. We plan to go every September now. Highly recommend.

The cottage was an excellent place for our base in the Digby area. Very clean and with a great lay out for 2 couples. The view is amazing and we found it hard to tear ourselves away to visit Digby and Annapolis Royal. Our host greeted us and showed us around the cottage and was able to give us lots of information about the location and surrounding area. The land the lodge and cottages are on was lovely to walk around and there was even a beach area to explore.

We rented the Eagle cottage with another couple. It was the best cottage we have ever rented. We were shocked when we opened the door. The deck was amazing. You could see the incredible tides coming in and out. The cottage was clean, updated, comfortable, and spacious. Gavin was an amazing host who gave us suggestions and we texted frequently. This property is amazing and we will return and I highly recommend it.

We stayed the Heron cottage, and my husband and I loved every moment of it! Gavin and Laura were perfect hosts, attentive but not intrusive, and knowledgeable about the area. We had our own little deck overlooking the water - stunning sunsets! It was cool but sunny weather; the walk along the beach during low tide was brisk but we enjoyed the scenery and watching the clam diggers! Highly recommend this property :)
