Perhaps supply a couple of boxes of kleenex in bathrooms and room darkening shades in master bedroom. Otherwise very nice and was use the place again as location was perfect!

Great place right downtown! Incredibly quiet for the proximity to so many places. House was spotless and beds comfortable. Parking wasn’t too clear but we learned later that you have to pay during daytime hours and it’s free after 8:30pm. Will will also direct you to a parking garage close if there’s no street parking.

The perfect place to spend the day exploring all Annapolis has to offer. Within walking distance to all of downtown Annapolis nestled in a cute neighborhood. The home was well appointed, beds were amazingly comfortable and the home was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Annapolis.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in the best location! We could walk everywhere we wanted in town. The ONLY downfall is there is only 2hr parking in front of house so just unload and go park in the garage near St. John’s college or off Main Street. It’s a quick walk.

Annapolis is such a beautiful little town. This gorgeous home sat right in the middle of all of it. Walking distance to everything we did this weekend. We parked in a parking garage a couple blocks from the home that was free from 6 PM Friday until Sunday evening. We had no problems unloading our bags out front of the home. Upon walking in we were first delighted by the cleanliness of the home then the stunning interior. In all my travels and VRBO listings that we have rented, this one has the best central location, the cleanest and the most well loved. Will was a great communicator and answered any questions we had promptly. We have already shared this listing with our friends and family who will be coming back to Annapolis. Thank you Will!

Very nice Row Home. Easy walk to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Tons of shops and dining nearby. Musuems and historical sites are just minutes away.

Host was extremely helpful and accommodating, beds were very comfortable, the space was perfect for our family during our trip and the location is PHENOMENAL. We were there for my USNA class reunion and the location could not be beat for easy access to the Naval Academy and all of my class events scheduled for the weekend. The kitchen was well equipped but we wound up not cooking as planned during our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed for our quick weekend trip. In town and able to walk everywhere. Place was clean and owner responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful historic downtown location. Easy walk to everything. Cleane wonderful, it's historic building. And our host was absolutely it's terrific.

This house is beautiful and so convenient to everything. We arrived by boat and the house is about 2 blocks from the city dock. It's close to shops and restaurants.House was very clean. It's a neat old house. Very comfortable

Girls weekend in Annapolis!

This property is perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is unbeatable, and the house is amazing! Clean, well-appointed and beautiful. The property manager was also wonderful to work with. You won't be disappointed.

Girls trip to Annapolis

We love the location. It was a very comfortable home. Wanted to visit the historic Annapolis as one of our annual girls trips. We are all in our 60s and have known each other since Grade school. We tried to make a trip twice a year and this was definitely one of our best.

Fantastic Location and Amazing House

We were in town for some fun on the water and a visit to the Naval Academy. We were able to park the car for the weekend and walk everything, great location. The house is very nice, a lot of space for the 4 of us. We look forward to visiting again for football season!
