Navy Football Weekend

This home was perfect for all our needs. Super clean, close to the Academy, football stadium and restaurants. We were able to easily park 3 cars. This house was exactly what we were looking for to ensure a fun, casual and relaxing weekend. The backyard was our favorite place to hang out. We took advantage of the fire pit and relaxing on back deck. The owner was helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend to all Navy Families looking to visit with their midshipman.

Great property!

The location was fantastic - walking distance to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, and the the house came with all of the needed amenities whether you were staying in and cooking a meal, hanging out to watch a game, or enjoying the outdoor space.

Beautiful, Convenient, Getaway

Our hosts were lovely and made themselves available from the very start when I needed to make sure it was no issue to change my guest count from 4 to 6. The quickly confirmed, the more the merrier and encouraged me to reach out with any other questions that may arise before or during my stay. Before my stay, Cory sent a very helpful and detailed message regarding directions on how to locate the home since some gps apps don't get it quite right and how to enter the house. Upon arrival, we were met with a delightful welcome note and a little welcome gift for both the 2 legged and our precious 4 legged guest. The home was clean, the decor was inviting and charming, and the location was perfect four our trip. The kitchen was very well stocked. We all loved the beds. They were so comfortable in all 3 rooms, we are hoping Cory will know and share the mattress brand and model with us because we want to get them for ourselves. The home also has a beautiful, fully fenced backyard with a firepit and cozy, covered sitting area to enjoy. It felt like an oasis right in town. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this amazing home away from home to our family and friends. Thank you again for sharing your charming home with us. My mom loved every second we spent there. She said it had elements of so many of the beautiful places she grew up in and it brought back so many great memories for her. We also think one or both of you should be interior designers, you have wonderful taste. As an aside, we adored the fresh, yellow alstroemeria flowers in the blue vase you left for us to enjoy during our stay. Yellow is my mom's favorite color and alstroemeria is one of my very favorite flowers.

Fantastic Property

We are selling our house and had to be out of the house all weekend. We had to bring a baby, a 4yo and 2 dogs. This property had plenty of space for all of us and was simply fantastic. The location is great whether you want to go downtown or just need to run out for supplies. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The backyard is huge and tranquil. Honestly it’s a perfect property and we will definitely look to come back the next time we are in Annapolis!

Enjoyed our Stay!

The property is spotless and as described, relatively close to downtown. The backyard area offers off street parking a cozy porch and firepit area, great for winding down... Beds were comfortable, and the house is well appointed with homey touches. Cory was very responsive we would definitely choose this property again when visiting Annapolis!

A spotless, well-appointed home in a lovely neighborhood! Excellent communication from the property manager, and floral arrangements greeted us upon arrival! The perfect spot for a family visit to the Annapolis Boat Show; we’ll be back for sure!

Adorable and great location

Cory was very prompt with everything. If you are looking for a place close but not too close to down town Annapolis and easy access to surrounding areas this is perfect. Very spacious and comfortable home. Would highly recommend.

Annapolis retreat

We had a great time at this property! It has a convenient location, was very clean, and well decorated. Back patio and fenced in courtyard are perfect for relaxing while keeping an eye on your furry friend. Excellent and responsive hosts!
