Best Weekend!

We had the best time staying at Dawn and Randy's stunning home! The house was even more beautiful in person and the hosts were amazing. We could not have asked for a better weekend and we can't wait to book again!

Wonderful Stay & Great Amenities

Highly recommend this property (5 stars). Dawn's place was even more beautiful than the photos. Very clean, comfortable, and a peaceful place to relax. We loved sitting by the fireplace, watching TV, and playing pool while listening to our playlists on the quality sound system. The bar is a really nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cookery things, spices, oils, etc. making it easy to cook up a few meals when we didn't feel like going out. It is conveniently located to DTA, the mall, and Route 50, yet is in a quiet and secluded spot. Dawn was a great host and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at Dawn's beautiful waterfront place, which is very close to restaurants, shops, and DTA. She is a conscientious and responsive host. The place itself is like new, clean, cozy and well stocked. We slept great, which is a big + for a STR. We had fun hanging out at the bar, playing pool and watching TV. We also enjoyed getting in the hot tub (spa towels are A+) and sitting around the fire pit at night. Highly recommend. We've already booked it for our next trip to Annapolis.

Columbus Day Weekend Visit

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend visit with my Midshipman! Quiet area, very clean accommodations, well equipped with anything you would need during your stay, and close to DTA. My Mid and I were able to spend time together relaxing, and have a few of her fellow midshipmen join us for dinner, playing pool and hanging out in the hot tub. Dawn & Randy have thought of everything for their guests and are amazing hosts!

Annapolis Waterfront

This was a beautiful multi acre property just a few miles from downtown Annapolis. Very beautiful grounds with very large patio, hot tub, grill and multiple heavy iron tables with chairs and umbrellas, also with a gravel path to the dock and beautiful cove off the Severn River. Private entrance to the very spacious apartment which looks brand new in every way... walk into the great room with large couches and chairs, beautiful fireplace wall and large TV.. Just next to that is a very cool billiards room and amazing wood bar with many built ins, another two TVs and ice maker and Fridge... Great kitchen with every imaginable kitchen accessory and gas stove, Fridge, Microwave and dishwasher.. They all look brand new. Another small living area in the kitchen with couch and TV... And the bedroom was perfect with comfortable bed and several closets. Forgot to mention there are 2 baths, one full with beautiful shower and one half bath as well. We have stayed in many VRBO's over the last 7 years and by far, this one takes the cake.. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and it is very quiet and peaceful environment.. Highly recommend...

Beautiful property + location!

Our family stayed at this property while we were in town for a family wedding. It is everything and more! The home is modern, clean, organized, and offers plenty of living and entertainment space inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and even had a few extras for guests (coffee, condiments, Etc!) There were plenty of cozy features, as well- extra blankets, pillows, towels, and a stocked bathroom. The outdoor area boasts the use of the creek- dock for fishing and kayaks to paddle and explore. We brought our own rods and even caught two fish! There is also a gorgeous patio where we ate our lunch. The hosts provide an awesome resource lists of local recommendations (eg. Naval Bagels- amazing!) and even walked over an iron and ironing board so we could press our wedding guest attire. Our family loved this home and would recommend to friends to stay! A true gem in Annapolis!

Perfect Getaway with Our Family

This apartment is truly a gem, and my family enjoyed making it home for a quick weekend away. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with the necessities. My children especially enjoyed making the most of the pool table and hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed sitting at the bar and ordering dinner in after a busy day out. There were plenty of linens, blankets and towels, and great coffee in the morning, which all made for a very comfortable stay. As we were packing up to leave, we were trying to decide when we could make our return trip. We highly recommend!

Everything you could need plus an awesome patio and dock

Great facilities, pool table, bar, living room. Amazing outdoor patio with a hot tub and plenty of seating. Great dock, and view of a small cove. Very well with everything you could possibly need. Organized and beautifully cleaned and maintained.

Beautiful high end refuge!

Dawn and Randy's place is truly special. Their guest home has a separate entrance that backs up against the beautiful forest along the Serern river. It is peaceful and gorgeous and was just what we were looking for to stay with our plebe son during parents weekend. The location is amazing and feels a million miles away yet is a short 10 minute drive to USNA. 5 minutes away we found great restaurants and a movie theater.The real gem, however, is the guest house. It is spotless and super cozy, and the hosts have thought of everything!! Every amenity possible, from toiletries to outdoor glasses and dishes, to spices and condiments is provided. We took advantage of the hot tub overlooking the the trees, the pool table and kayaks ;-) It was an amazing time. We definitely will be back.

Incredible stay

We stayed here with our 3 young children. The property was exactly how it was described (which is important when traveling with kids). There was plenty of space, the apartment was exceptionally clean, and hosts had all amenities covered. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again.

Spacious & Clean

In town for a wedding, this was a quiet and very nice place to stay. This basement level guest space was bigger than I expected and plenty of space for four adults to share. Had everything we needed and an easy drive to downtown Annapolis and Historic Londontown. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean.

Luxurious and Relaxing Stay

The home was exactly what we were looking for! The owners went above and beyond to create a beautifully appointed guest suite. The location was emcaulate both inside and out. We enjoyed sitting on the gorgeous patio to eat our breakfast and relax by the fire pit to end our evening. Any amenity you could possibly imagine needing in both the kitchen and bathrooms were provided. We look forward to coming back to stay again soon!
