"Nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada, ya que pagamos por un servicio que no obtuvimos, tal como se nos presentó. La reserva fue por un apartamento con cocina y sala de estar privadas y resultaron ser cocina y sala de estar compartidas. Esta circunstancia nos genero una incomodidad, ya que en ningún momento se indicó durante el proceso de compra. El personal de recepción intentó buscar una solución para hacernos la estancia más cómoda pero, ellos estaban limitados."

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....
