The check-in was easy, but everything after that was frustrating. We requested a late checkout on Friday and were told to call back Saturday after lunch. When I did, they said it should be fine unless we heard otherwise. On checkout day, I called to confirm and was told we couldn’t stay late and had to leave by 10 a.m. Housekeeping even showed up before 10, waiting for us to leave.The “heated” pool was freezing, and the jacuzzi never worked after the first night. I called for help, was told to press a button, and they said they’d submit a ticket—but no one ever followed up, and nothing was fixed.For the price, I expected a much better experience. Every mattress in the house was awful—when you lay down, you sink to the bottom, and the bed feels like it’s caving in. Everyone in our group complained about how uncomfortable they were.Overall, this stay was disappointing and poorly managed. Between the unresponsive staff, broken amenities, and uncomfortable beds, it left a bad impression. I wouldn’t book through this company again, and definitely not this house.
