The house was wonderful, the location unbeatable, and the pool was a delight. The common areas were wonderful for our family vacation. The bedrooms we well separated for those who wanted to sleep in. The primary suite had gorgeous views and a large patio. The location was wonderful for our slow paced week! The beach is so accessible and the morning shade in the pool was perfect.

Fantastic Vacation Spot

Great location & beautiful home...all that we expected. Several suggestions are to have mosquito control or citronella candles near the pool, a window cover on the front bathroom arched window(the front door camera pointed towards the shower), owners code for beach wagon(we couldn't use until day 3). We rented to large trucks for 10 people & the driveway was almost too narrow to get in and out. Also, the pool cleaner took one of those spots in the driveway on departure day, which made it difficult to load our trucks. Our stay was amazing & made tons of memories. All furnishing, appliances, accessories, decor were very tasteful & such a beautiful home, beach & sunset views. We had plenty of supplies & Doordash is great for some last minute needed items. We all ate at Swordfish in Cortez community(suggested by our boat captain, Billy) and it was an awesome experience to sit under the Tiki Hut during dinner with live music & watch the boats next door come in with huge nets of shrimp & fish. We ate from the house the rest of the trip. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, cooking spices & everything we needed. We used Island Hoppers Boat Tours for our boat tour suggested by Sato Real Estate...very nice choice! Having the pool w/an outdoor shower is such an awesome bonus after a long day on the beach. We played games nightly inside, laughed, told stories & made lots of memories. Villa Marisol/Anna Maria Island made for a wonderful vacation for me & my family!

Family trip to Anna Maria

Excellent home! We were very impressed by the location, pool, hot tub, and beach access. The outdoor area of this house is hard to beat. The team is easy to work with. The living, dining area, kitchen and master are exceptional. The three other bedrooms are solid options but are closer to each other. We were very pleased with our stay! I would highly recommend for families.

This is a very special spot on Anna Maria. The view of Bean Point Beach was superb. The house was immaculate and very well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Great house

The house is amazing. So much space and multiple areas to enjoy the sun or stay in the shade. Very short walk to the beach. Great for a crowd If you want to cook, just know that besides some spices, you’ll need to bring everything else. But there is a Publix close by. I’d highly recommend this house!

Great family home on the beach with pool

We traveled with our 4 & almost 2 year old, as well as 2 sets of grandparents. The home is beautiful, layout with pool in the front so you can view the ocean is very nice. There are plenty of bathrooms to provide privacy & space when traveling with multiple families. Spiral stairs are tough if anyone has difficulty with mobility (2 year old was not allowed to navigate those alone), but otherwise home is great. The wagon provided was perfect for hauling all the beach supplies. Overall we loved the space & location. The sunsets were fantastic!

Last minute find

The home is beautiful and has every amenity you could want. It’s comfortable and tastefully decorated. The rental agency is responsive and helpful. Compared to other oceanfront locations I’ve stayed at its one of the best. The island is not as upscale as I expected it’s very touristy. But the local folks are warm and friendly with few exceptions. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area!
