I am glad you asked, the unit was fine, updated, and comfortable, but we had a very frustrating experience with the pool. From your advertisement the pool, as illustrated in your website, was the deciding factor for selecting your property.
When we arrived, I immediately informed Duncan RE of our pool problem. As the agency had closed (4:00 pm and we took occupancy at 4:09 pm) the answering service took the message and said someone would contact us. Nobody did until Monday. The pool man described the condition of the pool as a “green pool” and told us that it would be unsafe swimming in it.
The agent at Duncan Realty assured us that the pool looked fine in their walk through before we took occupancy. She must have been mistaken because the pool man said they had problems with this pool earlier last week.
The pool was far from looking fine, as we spent the next 6 days and countless visits from the pool service and even a change in pool service vendor before the pool could be used. Therefore, of our seven days we had one full day of enjoying the pool.
I believe that our vacation was spoiled by this pool event and place the responsibility entirely on Duncan Real Estate for mismanaging the pool problem.
