This house is perfect! It was spotless upon arrival and we had everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs. Sound machines are provided which was great as we usually buy a fan for white noise. Communication was prompt. Although we didn't use the elevator every day, it was very helpful to send luggage up. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. And it did not disappoint! I think this is probably the best location and house on the island. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is full of amenities, the views are amazing. We saw dolphins every day. If you want a beautiful home with a Great pool and view you must stay here.

Overall house was very nice. Grill had missing parts and not usable. Disappointed in the house supplies. Toilet, paper, all soaps, dish towels and paper towels etc. Make sure you bring your own.

Beautiful vacation home

The property is as beautiful as described. Beautiful location on the bay. Some suggestions. The twin mattresses were very uncomfortable and twin blankets were miniature. The washing machine is full of mold. And there was only one packet of laundry detergent supplied. No extra toilet paper. The grill is outdated, small and insufficient. There were no spices in the house, not even salt and pepper. Only two garbage bags supplied for the week.

Great stay!

This was a really great property! We had everything we needed and the elevator was a huge plus. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. The only suggestion I would have is it needs more towels and washcloths and an updated grill. My husband really enjoyed the kayaks in the garage and the rest of the family really enjoyed the balconies and short walk to the water.

Great location and outstanding view

This house is beautiful! The decor is simple and elegant. Kitchen is great and the pool is perfect! The pool has shade, so it kept the water at a perfect temperature. Having 3 kayaks is a bonus. We so enjoyed using them and my son followed along with a manatee all the way to the pier. There is a small beach enough for chairs and an umbrella. The water is crystal clear and we enjoyed just hanging out in it. This house is great, but it does have some issues. The mattresses need replacing. Can’t say any of us had a great night sleep. (I think this should be a owners number one priority. This is a week of rest, relaxation and fun.) The king fitted sheet was too small. It kept coming undone while you slept. We had to keep fixing it during the night. Also, why not put double beds in the bedrooms? Definitely enough room and people would be more comfortable. And last, couches were comfortable but there wasn’t enough seating for a house of 4 bedrooms. Maybe add 2 comfortable chairs in living area. I am a condo owner on SK and I feel that if someone is paying a lot of money they should be comfortable. You definitely want them to return. And for these issues, I probably would not. If these were changed, I would. The house is beautiful and the view is absolutely perfect!

Beautiful model home

Lovely property. Would love to give it a five star but the little touches were not there. The home does not have a well equipped kitchen. No storage containers no tin foil. Only given two rolls of toilet paper one roll of paper towels and two tiny bars of soap. The home was immaculate and as described.

Stunning

This house and the island were exactly what we had wanted. The beach facing the bay was calm and beautiful and the bigger beaches are only a few minutes away. The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The pool was the perfect size and very warm. We hope to stay here again someday.

Five +++ stars!

Just arrived home yesterday. I am a 72-year-old widow and on my bucket list was to take my children on a trip with me. My sons found this amazing house and I booked it. The house is gorgeous. So clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. I have knee problems so a house with an elevator was a huge plus. Upon arriving we found the elevator and pool filter were not working. I called Sato Realty and within 30 minutes Wes, one of their team, came over. Because of the hurricane, the island was having power surges which can flip some of the power box breakers. Fixed and came back the next day to check out everything else. He was a very personable and knowledgeable man. Highly recommend. Thank you Sato Realty.

We had a fantastic stay in this beach house, the property itself is outstanding, very well equipped, comfortable beds and furniture and a large selection of beach and pool equipment to use. The house was spotless when we arrived. The views are incredible and the location is perfect and we will never forget our amazing time here!

Owners- time for a refresh!

We met our family at the house listed above. We saw all the pictures and the house was as clean as it could be. The house is about ten years old, and so is everything in it. Mattress, bedding, pillows all need to be replaced. It's TIME. Couches have couch covers on them, we assume because they are so dirty underneath. We had to put towels on them to feel comfortable to sit on them. The house is listed for 8 people. However there aren't even seats in the family room to fit that many. We assume there were two additional chairs that must have gotten so bad and the owners just never replaced. The property managers were amazing through our entire trip. There are always little things here and there. We have rented several places across the country had friends at another SATO property that was incredible. We were embarrassed to have them come over. Kitchen is huge, but there weren't even a full set of 8 utensils and every single kitchen item were also 10 years ago. Just aged and old. We literally bought plastic utensils. Pros- VIEW and new coffee maker.

Great house in an amazing location

We recently rented this house for two weeks. We shared it with family and friends and it was spacious for our group. We spent time working and relaxing and the wi-fi speeds was great for both. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of kitchen tools to allow for easy cooking of meals. The view from this property absolutely cannot be beat. We enjoyed watching the many sea birds and were able to see dolphins from the balconies a number of times. It’s easy to walk into town and yet the location felt quiet and peaceful. We would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location

Gorgeous home, great location. We really enjoyed the pool and the pool/beach toys left for us. Location was close to restaurants. The communication with host was not great. We had never received the actual address prior to renting and getting to the island after office hours had us scrambling when they did not answer phone. They also left all the check in info for previous guest inside which was odd and no soap, shampoo etc was provided which I assume is available so that was disappointing for the caliber of home. The house itself was very clean and the view is amazing.

Very beautiful house in a convenient location

We were 6 60- 70 s something ladies. The house was three levels but there was an elevator. We did wish there was a half bath on the pool/beach level. We also could have used more towels but were told they figure 1 1/2 towels per person. How does that work??? Twin beds on the third floor were not comfortable. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay very much

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 -- 3 adults and two children. With four bedrooms, we each had our own place to sleep and the two children shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. There were several problems when we first checked in with things not working --( Internet, TV, window blinds on remote, light in garage, pool heater), but the property manager came the first full day and took care of everything. He said they are so booked it's hard to get everything completed before the next guest arrives. That would be my only complaint. The location is fantastic and the house is great. We were literally 20 steps from a beautiful secluded beach. It's on the Tampa Bay side of the island, so the water is warm and calm which was perfect for our two small children. The pool has a shallow play area where the toddler was very happy, and then a deeper five foot area that was great for the adults and older child. Though the pool was supposed to be heated, mostly it was cold. When the property manager came, the temperature went up to the promised temp of 85, but after that it went back down because it is in the shade most of the day. Though we rented a car, we could have done without as the public trolley takes you around the island for free, and most people get around with a rented golf cart, which we ended up doing because of parking constraints with the car. The garage is stocked with all kinds of playthings and beach equipment such as beach chairs, beach toys for kids, kayaks and life jackets. This was appreciated. In the bathroom on the main floor with the kitchen, there is no shelf or hook in the shower to place soap, shampoo or anything. It's awkward taking a shower with everyone on the floor. The kitchen has ample silverware, cookware and dishes, but guests must buy all staples as no supplies are provided except starter garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel and dishwasher detergent. Therefore there is a lot of waste. The management was very responsive to questions and needs. The house and property are private and quiet, located near restaurants and the trolley. We highly recommend and would consider renting again.
