Best Vacation Ever!

This house is amazing. It was everything and more that we needed for our week at the beach. The landscaping is breathtaking. The pool and hot tub provided an extra layer of relaxation especially at night. The inside of the house is decorated so nice. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. The property owner was very proactive before our day of travel with a warm introduction and information on how to contact should we need them. Our family has already made plans to return next year. I highly recommend.

Great house and very easy beach access!

This property was wonderful for our 7 day stay as a family of 4 with two small kids, plus one other adult. The house was very clean and user friendly. One of the best parts was how responsive the property management company is! We had some initial questions upon check in and they came out to the property when necessary and also checked in via text and phone. We were also blown away by how easy beach access was. We rented an extra beach wagon to have 2 and it worked beautifully. We were able to bring everything we needed and have room for a kid to ride and the walk probably took 5 minutes on a quiet street. If I had to provide a con, I’d confirm what others have said in that there are limited towels and you pretty much have to buy all trash bags, soap, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. a small inconvenience, but good to be aware of. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would stay again!

Great location and outdoor pool setup

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, short walk to the beach and could get anywhere on the island with the rented golf cart. The outdoor pool was great for the kids, it was heated and the chairs and umbrellas were great. There were a few little things that had to be fixed but the communication and quick timing to get it done were great.

Wonderful property

The house was so comfortable and spacious, the pool and the hot tub were amazing. I highly recommend this company, we had a couple of questions and they were available immediately to help. Looking forward to going back and staying again!

Amazing!

This was the best place we have ever rented. If you are scrolling thru and looking at homes, you need to stop your search. The house is exactly as pictured. Everything you need is here. The kitchen has what you need. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon and pool floats. The pool was amazing and the pool house was a big perk. The grounds are so private and very tropical. You are a few blocks away from the beach access and it is a very quick walk. We had no issues at all. The rental management company checked in on us to made sure we had all we needed. Not only will we go back to the island, but we will rent this same house again!

Perfect for families and great location!

We stayed at the property "Rainbow Fish" and it was perfect for our family. It was two couples and a baby. The layout of the home was spacious and plenty of room and privacy and the outdoor/pool area was its own little tropical oasis. The home is in great location and on a quiet street, about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach on Beach Ave., and a short distance to Pine Ave, lots of shops, restaurants, etc. We did have an AC problem on night 1, but within 15 minutes of calling, someone showed up and fixed it and we didn't have any further issues during our stay. The home does come w/ beach towels, a couple beach chairs and pool floats. IF I had to be critical of anything, I'd say it would be to have cleaning products in the home to clean up, more bath towels and more kitchen towels. Also, the TV was extremely hard to figure out; we ended up not using it at all. Overall, great stay and we would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful place!

This is a spacious place with a beautiful pool and backyard area. It is located about 2 blocks from the beach and not far from Pine Ave. where all the shops/restaurants are located. I would rent this place again. Anna Maria Island has gorgeous beaches and fun restaurants! A definite place to visit!

Great place and great experience, with the exception of the cleanliness of the pool. The pool was dirty when we arrived and no one ever came to clean it. Other than that would go back for sure.

Needs upgrades & improvements

The cottage & pool were excellent, but a few things should be addressed for a more comfortable stay. The towels are sparse. I can’t use one bath towel for 7 days without washing it. In your directions it says no need to wash linens because you have linen service, but that’s for you not your guests. The bed in master is dreadful, sleep is important all the time, you should replace right away. The pots & pans were strewn about the cabinets, no organization & slim pickings, very dull knives, dirty glasses, used sponges & only two dish towels & dish rags. It would have been nice to clean up a little while we stayed, but all you left us is one dirty broom & dust pan, no products at all. I have a lot of friends who stay on the island & their accommodations had these items & more. I don’t understand why you don’t supply anything to your guest. Toilet paper (one per bathroom) paper towels (1/2 roll), salt & pepper empty. just the basics weren’t available. No high efficiency laundry detergent or dryer sheets. I ruined lighter colored clothes due to us buying pods that weren’t hi eff. I finally put the pod directly in the tub. The screen door in front is pulling away at the bottom, fyi. TV in master didn’t have the more premium channels the other bedrooms have. Sincerely hope that you decide to make these few inexpensive changes because you have a nice cottage. I have more but I’m tired. P.S. I’d change cleaning service, very dirty baseboards in kitchen due to food spills.

Awesome place to stay for a family or group of friends!

Would definitely return, awesome spot, very spacious. Only drawback was that we didn't get any bars of soap - would just have liked to know in advance so we could have brought some with us. House comes with beach stuff - umbrella, chairs, beach balls, towels, etc. so don't waste your money renting these!

Very good but a few things…

Overall very good. A few things as follows: 1. We felt more wash clothes and towels should be provided. 2. The house and grounds were perfect. House is very well appointed, comfortable, equipped with first class amenities. Very nice. 3. Air conditioner: The sump pump located in bottom of the HVAC unit, at entrance to MBR, was very noisy and disruptive during the night. Probably should have reported while we were there. This is our only major issue as it did interrupt sleep. 4. Overall: We we very pleased with the house. Great location. Ping pong building was a nice touch as well.

Rainbow Fish

This was an amazing property!! The house was perfect!!! Clean, updated and very nicely decorated!!! The few small issues we had the rental property (AMIA) came right out and took care of them. Six adults stayed here and we were very comfortable! The pool area was amazing, it was like our own private little oasis!!! The separate Ping Pong room was a huge bonus and provided nightly entertainment!!! If the owners would like some of our observations I would be happy to communicate with. Overall this was a fabulous home and would be happy to reserve again!!!!
