Property was great. Entire visit was great except I was given the wrong door entry code in the email sent on the date of arrival. Due to airline delay, I didn’t arrive at the condo until 11 pm traveling by myself. I tried the code multiple times without success. I called the emergency number provided in text and was given a code for the lock box and obtained a key to the door. I was not given the correct code until I asked about the problem in a text on 9/10/24. Then I was given the correct code. Better customer service would have been for the condo to research and contact me. Other than that hiccup, I enjoyed my stay in the condo.
