Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The kitchen was well equipped which was a plus. The pool was inviting and well maintained. And it was nice that there were some outdoor games for the kids. Given the rental fee, there were some items that were disappointing and a few “nuisance” items. (1) The two chairs in the living area need to be replaced. They are not useable for the most part. (2) The bedrooms are small and two in particular are devoid of closets. (3) Not having wall mirrors in the bedrooms nor a full length mirror was a nuisance. (4) Having access to beach chairs was a plus. But they were full of sand. Please note that I washed the chairs prior to our departure. On the plus side, there were an ample number of TV’s which is helpful when you have children. We liked the location as Bean Point reminds you more of an island environment with trees, etc.. The owner has prepared a very informative booklet regarding the property and applicable instructions for electronics, etc. Given some recommended improvements we would consider staying at this property again.

This is a beautiful property, close to both the smooth sand beach and everything in town, with a lovely pool and deck area. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Well stocked with beach chairs, towels and beach wagon and lots of games for kids. The host is very responsive with questions or needs.

Island was awesome! Sliding glass door no lock, they kept saying there is no crime on the island but……..we trust no one when we’ve never been there….crazy for them to say this but……it’s true, very little crime if any at all….. so it was weird to put a metal folded stool in the rack to avoid opening…..1 trash bag? I think for weekly renters you need to rethink the minimal supplies for 4000 dollars Other than that

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at On Point. The house had everything we needed and wanted. It is perfect for our family. We have been going to AMI for about 10 years and this is our favorite rental so far. We’re planning a return stay next year. So happy that we found our perfect spot. The house was very clean throughout which is extremely important to us. The pool and backyard is just wonderful. The kids that range from 21/2 to 8 loved it. Beds were very comfortable. On Point at AMI is our happy place!

Awesome Location!

Awesome Home & Location

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was just a block away from the beach, had a wonderful pool and outdoor area, and was super clean when we arrived. The team at Anna Maria Life Rentals were super communicative with us- we arrived early to check in and they were super accommodating letting us in early! We will definitely be staying here again on our future trips to Anna Maria Island!

We are a group of current and retired teachers. We share a love of the beach and being outdoors. This is our third trip To Anna Maria and enjoyed exploring Bean Point. We loved the access to the beautiful beach.

Perfect walk to the beach

Our family of four loved our stay. My boys and I would walk to the beach every morning. The house was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the porch, the multiple rooms, the pool, and the space. A great family vacation.

Great location

Location hard to beat. Very quick walk to beach. House as advertised on site The prior reviews mentioned the master bed being a problem. Those reviews grossly understate the issue. I have not slept in a more uncomfortable and loud, yes, loud, bed. Moving even slightly is so loud that people in the next room over could hear it. Pool was excellent, heated.

Overall a good experience. The following items would improve the property: Repair the toaster Master bed feels like you are sleeping with your feet over your head. Needs a new mattress or something. Pool alarms need repaired. Pool maintenance person found the pool with Zero chrlorine.

Clean, comfy, and close to the beach!

My family absolutely loved this home. The location is amazing and the house is full of everything you will need for your time on the island. 30 second walk to the bay, 2 minute walk to Bean Point. Wonderful backyard with all the toys pictured. My family has vacationed on AMI for 5 years in a row and this was our favorite house!

On Pointe at Anna Marie

Property was nice. Home was older, but had been updated. Internet service was terrible and bed mattresses need to be replaced! Pool was awesome and location is close to bay side beach. We found that gulf side beach was much nicer than the bay side beach thou!

Wonderful Time and Stay

Our party had people from 5 years old to 75 years old. We all enjoyed our time! The layout of the house was particularly wonderful as it had basically a separate place downstairs. We all enjoyed the front porch and the proximity to rod and reel pier. The walk to the beach was short and we will definitely be back! Book this property! You won't regret it! Oh and another side note- we really appreciated the beach chairs/towels/floats/toys!

Location, location, location!

Home is perfectly located at the north end of Anna Maria Island within 1 block of the beautiful beach of Bean Point! We were able to walk or bike to everything we needed for the week! Home is tastefully decorated and designed to accommodate....sunny backyard area with pool, beach chairs and toys, front porch.. Reasonably priced. Provided a wonderful vacation for our family of 5 adults. Thank you!

Our first stay on AMI

This rental house was perfect. Very clean, easy check in, close to a great beach, close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and very private yard.
