Perfect modern cottage in Anna Maria

This home is stylish, thoughtfully appointed and stocked. The heated pool is lovely and the short distance to the best beach on the island made our stay special.

Great location and professional and friendly owner

Fantastic location. A very short walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great house, very clean and the pool and sauna are great. We would stay again.

We had an amazing week at Anna Maria. The house was even more beautiful in person and was immaculate and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The house is in an excellent location and just a VERY short walk to the beach. Jay was great with communication and even called personally to make sure we were enjoying our stay. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic rental experience

Great property and wonderful hosts. The heated pool and back yard oasis were perfect. Property was charming, clean, and offered little extras not often found in rentals; beach cart, chairs, cooler, beach towels.We loved the local restaurants just steps away; Sandbar, NorthShore Cafe, Poppos Taqueria. We look forward to going back!

Didn’t want to leave

The house was just as described and we absolutely loved it! Great size rooms and amenities and so close to the beach. We loved the outside pool area and spent many hours out there. I’d recommend hiring a golf cart buggy so you can explore the island without all that walking in the heat. The house came with everything we could have needed for a really comfortable stay. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic AMI Beach Home

Jay’s house is perfect in every way! The house itself is newly renovated and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked and the sound system made our time in the pool very enjoyable. The house is directly across the street from a beach access point and a short walk to Pine. We can’t wait to return!

AMI Oasis!

Loved this property. Very well furnished (owners thought of everything!), lovely pool and outdoor area, and super comfy inside. 3-minute walk to the beach with the shortcut we took. Perfect accommodations for our party of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids). Highly recommend!

Best house on the island!

Very clean, great floor plan, comfortable beds, six adults had plenty of space. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, at the pool and for the beach. Great location and close access to the beach. Would defiantly recommend and rebook. A +

Beautiful house in paradise

Another wonderful stay in AMI! House was pristine and had all the amenities we needed. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach, even doable with younger children. House had awesome beach gear to use, including wagons and umbrellas. Host was very responsive. Would stay again!

Perfect beach getaway with amazing kitchen amenities

We had an incredible stay at this home! The kitchen was one of the best we’ve ever had in a vacation rental—fully stocked with all the equipment and spices we needed to cook great meals. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a fantastic grill, pool, and spa that made outdoor relaxing so enjoyable. The beach location was absolutely perfect for us, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf every day. We truly appreciated the attention to detail from the hosts and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Truly 5-Star Worthy!

My family of 5 spent a spectacular week on AMI and this beautiful home could not have been more perfect! It offers everything you could possibly want for a family vacation. Just a 5 min walk to the nicest beaches on AMI (beach carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided). It is also located within easy walking distance of the Pine Avenue restaurants & shops. The lushly landscaped private pool and spa was without question our favorite feature!

Great deal Beach Getaway

Our stay at Reel Lucky was a fun time. The house was very clean, very well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor space in the back! We are definitely looking forward to returning next year. Only suggestion would be more storage in front bedroom, larger dresser, nightstands etc.

This is by far the most immaculately clean house we have ever stayed in. Stocked with absolutely everything you could need - just bring your toiletries. Beautiful home, perfect location, comfy beds! Everything you need for the beach provided. This was our first stay at Anna Maria, and Jay was very helpful with golf cart, kayaking, shopping, and restaurant recommendations. He was available for anything we needed. Highly recommend. We will definitely return!

Perfect house and location

I rented this property for my parents who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They raved about how beautiful the property was and the fact that it was only one block from Bean Point, the best beach on AMI. Jay was very helpful, professional, and responsive. I would definitely rent this wonderful property again.
