We had a perfect vacation staying at Nest on the Beach. The hosts could not have been any more welcoming. The home was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, on a beautiful beach and front row for spectacular sunsets every night. We would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return soon!

Location of the house is just on a perfect peace of the beach -sand is a structure of flour as in Maldives ;). Views from the house are maginificent! Highly recommend the haouse and owners (very good contact).

This is an amazing home, in a great location, with a wonderful owner and host. The home is appointed with all of the essentials that many rentals do not include. Liza was responsive to our questions and requests and genuinely wanted to be sure we enjoyed our time here. We can't wait to come back.

The house is stunning and very clean. The pool worked perfectly and the hot tub was a huge hit! Our group really enjoyed the ease of going to the beach and back the house when needed. Location is amazing and the sunsets are dreamy. We will definitely be back.

This home is absolutely wonderful, photos can’t do it justice. Eclectic and thoughtful design, combined with comfort and convenience. The master suite is outstanding and all of the other bedrooms are great-with beautiful bathrooms. Stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and basic supplies. Nothing feels like an afterthought, we felt like we were staying at a friend’s home instead of a rental. Liza was an incredibly responsive and gracious host. The sunsets were spectacular, the beach was beautiful and quiet, altogether a perfect week for me and my husband!

Paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nest on the Beach. The most beautiful house and layout, with pool and a view/beach that can’t be beat. The pool is perfectly positioned between shade and sun, so it stays cool even in the August heat, and can help you escape the direct sun if desired. Napping on the hammock was epic. Comfortable bedrooms that each have their own in-suite bath. Extremely gracious and communicative hosts. We wish we could have stayed even longer. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at this property. The set up is is perfect. They supply beach chairs, tent and a cart which made everything so easy with having 3 little kids. We would definitely come back.

Starting the New Year on the Beach

The house was amazing! The view spectacular! The kitchen was nicely stocked. The hosts provided excellent information, were very responsive when we had a question, and otherwise gave us room to enjoy our stay. One of the best places we have stayed on AMI.

An Amazing Vacation

Nest on the Beach is a stunning property! We stayed here with our family and couldn't have asked for a better home or location. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Each of our children had their own bedroom and bathroom which is always a plus! A cart with chairs and an umbrella were provided for the beach which is a short walk from the back of the property. We loved to end our day in the pool and hot tub. Our hosts, Liza and her husband were so gracious and helpful! They gave us many great ideas of places to see and activities to participate in. We were pleased to be situated so close to shops and restaurants that we could walk or ride a golf cart to. We highly recommend Nest on the Beach and AMI. We had an amazing vacation and will most definitely be renting this property again!

Family vacation

Just arrived home from an amazing stay at Nesf On The Beach. Can’t say enough about this home and location. The owners were available for any questions we had and sent so many suggestions for eating out etc. Location of the home is perfect in north Anna Maria. Nest is the Best

Not much to say other than this Nest on the Beach is indeed a special place. The listing says it all and the host (Liza) is very helpful. If you want to spend enjoyable week with our Family in AMI this is the place to do so.

Best Vacation Ever

This family vacation will go down in history as the best one we have taken. Liza was prompt and thorough with communication and took away the stress of planning. While pictures of the property were stunning online…the house is breathtaking once you see it. There is just something about having a completely unobstructed view of the ocean…we were in awe every day. AMI has always been one of our happy places and now I’m not sure we can ever stay in any other beach house. Pros: the location just .5 beach walk to the sandbar restaurant where you can use the outdoor window for a delicious beach cocktail… Hot tub was hot and big enough for 6 tall adults :) Kitchen was stocked with several spices and supplies to get you going Laundry room was perfect….yes I’m a vacationing laundry person Tons of places to hang out and enjoy the people you are with. The views will require you to stand or sit and just watch the ocean. Liza truly makes you feel like a guest in her home Cons: vacation time ended and we had to return to reality which does not have an ocean view :( Do not hesitate to plan a vacation at Nest on the Beach! Time with our loved ones is precious…make it as special as you can…..while looking at one of the best sunsets you will ever see.
