This was probably the best house we have stayed in on AMI and we have stayed in many! The rooms are spacious with amazing bathrooms. The outdoor area is absolutely spectacular - the pool, the upper deck, patio area which offered sun and shade, the putting green, canal access for paddle boarding - all of it allowed a wonderful family vacation!

The best house we have ever stayed in

Completely blown away by this incredible home. Nothing was missed. Spotless, every amenity you could ever want. Space galore! The pool and hot tub were exceptional. The little things - like ice makers on both floors, a bathroom close to the pool, and a full fridge. Truly this property left no stone unturned. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal in the back of the property and even caught a couple blue crabs! We made so many memories. I would absolutely return!!

Amazing Stay!

We had a great week at Snook Lookout. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We didn't have luck catching fish off the dock this year but had an amazing day on a fishing charter which came to pick us up. There were so many things for the kids to do with swimming, pool table, ping pong, putting green and easy walk to gorgeous Gulf beach and Pine Street. It really was such a great location! The Anna Maria Life team was very responsive and helpful with couple of minor issues that came up during our stay. Would highly recommend this house!

Second time

Our family of 8 stayed here for the second time. Loved it. Great location, very clean, love the layout. Pool and hot tub are a hit. Caught a ton of fish off the dock right in the backyard. Everyone had a great time even though the weather was not great. Property manager was extremely prompt and responsive when we needed some help getting the heat turned on. Would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful

My family and I stayed at this property for vacation and couldn't be happier with our choice. Close to everything, including restaurants, shopping and beach access. The private canal and dock were amazing, as the charter we scheduled pulled right up to the dock to pick us up. House was clean and provided most of the amenities you would need. The only suggestion would be to detail that the beach furniture is in a separate garage and more importantly, the owner should provide cleaning tools to wipe down countertops after preparing and eating meals. Great experience, and would stay here again.

Wonderful time

This property far and exceeded our expectations. It's a well decorated home and the pool was amazing. The location was great as it was a maybe 2 minute walk to the beach. The canal was great for kayaking. Loved our stay here.

Can’t wait to come back!!

Our family of 8 including kids, adults and grandparents loved this property. This was our 3rd stay in VRBO properties on Anna Maria Island. Everyone voted that this house has been the best of the 3. The 3 bedrooms on the first floor that were accessible by elevator worked great for the older adults. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for those more mobile. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We realized there was no propane for the grill, contacted the manager and they had propane delivered that afternoon. We could not have been happier with this property and cannot wait to book it again.

My new favorite place

My family of 8 have been coming to AMI for the past 15 years and have rented a different house each time. This house is by far my favorite of all! They didn’t miss a single detail when designing this home. Elevator was very important. 2 ice machines…awesome detail. Outdoor kitchen and furniture were high quality. The first floor had so many activities (pool table, ping pong, jenga, bags, etc) that our very active family with kids stayed entertained the whole time.

Absolute Paradise

The house was absolutely gorgeous even down to the art work which I believe was all from local artists. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed from grilling to a fancy dinner in the formal dining room. The pool was sparkling and enjoyable. The garage was packed with all the beach toys to make your day enjoyable. Our evenings we wound down to a fire and a game of ping pong. This property did not disappoint! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our island vacation an absolute paradise!

Fantastic house with all the amenities!

We have been coming to Anna Maria for over 15 years and Snook lookout was within the top 2 of our all time favorite houses. Very well laid out and had everything. Backyard and gaming area was fabulous. If you have kids this place is a gem! Anna Maria life Vacation Rentals were on top of things as we needed more propane and a few minor other things that popped up. 5 Star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great house

We loved our stay at this property. The kitchen was very well-stocked with all appliances and cookware that you would need. So many activities to occupy our time. Pool table, corn hole, putting green, ping pong. The only thing I wish we would have known about the property ahead of time is that the pool/hot tub heater does not work unless the outside air is above 60 degrees. Which, with an atypical cold front, we were able to use the pool only on the last day of our stay. The pool heater also turns off every night at 10pm, which made it very difficult to get the pool temperature up even when the end of the week was 75 degrees. We had to start over each morning. Overall, we had a great stay and were able to make the most of a chilly week!

What a wonderful property!

Snook lookout is by far and away our favorite property on Anna Maria island! That is high praise considering our trip was cut short due to hurricane Ian. The property is wonderful and Cheryl and the property management team handled a very tough situation with professionalism and grace. We will most certainly visit this property again and highly recommend you do as well!

Great property for a family vacation

Property with great accommodations for family with young adult/late teen children. Clean , comfortable and nicely decorated. Great outdoor space. Warning about the alarm system from property manager would have been nice though. We kind of had to figure it out on our own.

Unique and Spectacular

Everything about this property is gorgeous. From the unique custom artwork and finishes, to the immaculate pool and grounds, to the auto-timed outdoor lighting, I was blown away! It was just fun to walk around and marvel at all of the unique art pieces. Our family of eight, including two toddlers, all had enough room to spread out. 7 days wasn’t enough to enjoy all of the amenities and gathering spaces this property offers. This house was built for entertainment for the whole family, rain or shine. The bottom level was the best I’ve seen in AMI. The pool area is simply gorgeous with good morning sun, along with mini golf, comfy hammocks, high quality outdoor loungers and furniture, and a fire pit. Also unique is a turf yard so our kids could run around in the grass, rare for AMI! The bottom level of the house opens up to the pool with huge motorized shutters that you can keep open all day long. This extends your outdoor fun into the house with the pool table/tv/bar area, etc. This house is a short 1.5 block walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches of AMI. We also rented golf carts to get to Pine Ave and other shopping areas. The house was perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable! If this house is in your budget – just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful house

This house has everything you would have at your own home. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. Decorated beautiful, from artwork to bedspreads on the beds. Each bathroom has a unique color tile Lots of things to do if it rains and you cannot get in the spacious pool, pool table ping pong and arcade game. Definitely will return , our family had a wonderful time and making memories

SPECTACULAR

What a beautiful and fun property. This house is a MUST for a family with grown kids and grand children. SOOO much to do and only a very short walk to the beach. Matt was wonderful helping me with the rental purchase, answering all of my questions in a few minutes from when I emailed him. He even allowed me to interrupt his dinner out with his wife (Sorry Matt LOL). As for the owner, he was magnificent. He stopped by the first day and showed us around. He even brought me his personal fishing poles when I mentioned I would like to fish out the back yard on the channel. He went above and beyond. I gave the entire experience a 5 star only because that was as high as I could go. They should allow me to give a 7 star when they go this far out of their way to make this the best vacation ever.
