The house was great! Super spacious and comfortable. We could see the beach from our balcony/porch this trip. Only issue we ran into were needing some more towels and pillow cases. But there are now some extras! There is a lot of construction and work being done across the island, so noise and traffic was less than ideal, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. It was a great trip and house!

Beautiful location! Great views of the ocean and steps away from the sand! House is very well equipped with plenty of kitchen items, grill, etc. walking distance to fun and delicious restaurants!! Loved our stay!!

The house was lovely and the location was perfect. Our only complaint was that when we went to retrieve the key code the address listed on the instructions was not correct and we could not get a hold of the property manager for assistance. After hours of searching we were finally able to track down the correct address and the code. Unfortunately this didn’t get us into the house until well after midnight. We did enjoy our week and loved the proximity to the beach.

SUPER CLEAN AND SUPER CLOSE TO THE BEACH!!!

Great location, quick walk to beach and Pine Street. House had everything we needed. Garage was great for our beach gear. We would definitely recommend the house!

Awesome family home with excellent location !

Stayed here for a week March 2025 - great house clean with plenty of room - awesome view of the ocean. Short 3 minute walk to the beach!

Beautiful home. The beach is just across the street. Shops and restaurants are only a short distance away. This was our second stay at this home. We will be back for a third.

Beautiful property, comfy beds and the view is amazing ! The only thing I would suggest is maybe having garbage bags , extra toilet paper and paper towels or pods for the dish washer as we had to make an extra trip out to get those items We did end up having a late check in bc the property management team said the cleaning crew missed our house, so that was frustrating but overall a wonderful stay and beautiful home and view ! Right across the street from beach access

House was exactly as listed. Kitchen was well supplied for all cooking needs. Beach chairs were in excellent shape and plentiful, including umbrellas. We very much enjoyed the stay. underscore delightful and friendly.

Wonderful location, steps from the beach. House was the perfect size for us. Beautiful balcony with doors that open up to make it feel like you’re outside. No complaints!

Amazing property and location

The house is exactly as described, the check in was super easy, this property has everything that you would need, including beach chairs. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay in this house on AMI. The home was spacious, clean, and very well-stocked. The huge front porch had a view of the ocean, and the path to the beach was only a few short steps away. It was perfect for our family of four. We would highly recommend this house.

Ana Maria Island Family Getaway

We had an amazing vacation thanks to the wonderful house steps away from the beach we stayed at for the week, the beach house was very clean, spacious and comfortable, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6 guests, with a three car garage and all the beach necessities included. Communication with the host was fluid and we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay on Anna Maria

Communications with Kerstin were easy and efficient. The kitchen is well-appointed, which is important for us as we prefer eating in. The home is located on a quiet street just steps from the ocean and the views from the balcony are wonderful. Thank you for a most pleasant stay. Montserrat and Steve

Our Favorite: location, house, owners/management

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is wonderful: comfortable beds, good sized rooms and bathrooms, all the beach things you might need (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, wagon, etc), drip and keurig coffee makers, all the things. The location is awesome: only a two minute walk to the beach. The owners and management are incredibly responsive, kind and easy to communicate with- after difficulty with management at other homes, I am so grateful to know that our stay at this home will be stress-free!
