My family and I had a great time enjoying the property. Lots of kayak trips taken from the dock and many nights spent relaxing in the hot tub. Game room was enjoyed by all.

Great beach house

We loved our short stay at Seashell. It's a short walk to a bunch of delicious restaurants, the beach and a breakfast cafe. House was super clean. Will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

This was a great home! We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location for restaurants, beach and shopping. The only negative that I have is more bath and kitchen towels need to be supplied.

Great location and big space

This property is in the quiet part of AMI. 0.7 miles from Bean Point beach. It has rip currents and a higher shark risk but our kids are older and we just knew to only wade in a bit. It was very nice to have pretty much an open beach to ourselves in walkable distance. We got a golf cart for the week but there isn’t a ton close to this location so glad we also had a car to go farther back to the other beaches for dinner. The house was a perfect size for our family of 5. Pool was amazing. The yard is literally so private you have no idea other houses are nearby. pool floaties and beach towels were provided. Hot tub was lovely. There is an outdoor tv and bar but you can't see the tv from the pool (#firstworldproblems) Game room was amazing for our teenage kids. Pool, pingpong, stereo system that hooked to their phone etc. The boys lived down there. The stove never got hot. I couldn't boil water, so weird. So we used the grill which was clean with all the supplies needed. Room space was good, house could use wall cleaning and new furniture, but we weren't there to hang out inside. Screened in patio was perfect to keep the bugs off at night while we played cards. They forsure provide the bare minimum in household supplies. There isn't even spray to clean counters and I had to dig for a broom. I wish VRBOs went back to provided basic supplies. I would care for the house while we are there if stuff was provided. Overall a good stay!

Anna Maria Spring Break

This property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It was modern, clean, private, with a great pool, hot tub, and other amenities. We had a wonderful week.

This was a nice. Place., however we choose this house for the hot tub , and the jets did not work and it never got hot . We reported this on arrival day. It never got fixed .

Perfect Rental

This was the perfect rental for us and 4 teens! The house itself was spacious, clean and the rec room was perfect for the afternoon rain storms that come through this time of year. We love staying on the northern part of the island in the middle of the beach and the city pier so the location for us was perfect. We hope to rent this same property again in the future!

Great experience

Our group had an amazing time at the property. It was everything it was seemed in the listing and more. Very spacious, great fixtures and appliances, and the pool was a life saver! We planned on using the pool, but also utilizing the close proximity to the beach… Well unexpected red tide put a damper on the beach, so we spent a lot more time poolside than expected. The property management and service were great. Unfortunately for us, our AC did go out one late evening. Put in a call to service and they had someone out there first thing in the morning. It was beyond their scope of repair so they had an AC company out there incredibly fast to fix the issue. Plenty of towel for the pool and it was nice that the house came with some of the more basic supplies, like some trash bags, paper towel, etc. the kind of stuff that would be a pain to have to buy because you would either leave a bunch behind, or have to pack to take home. Great trip overall, and can’t wait to do it again.

Great vacation

The house is beautiful, it is a short walk to many places. We were sad to leave, we made many memories playing games and playing in the pool. I enjoyed reading of a morning on the patio listening to the fish jumping in the canal. The renters answered every question we had promptly and they have everything on premesis.

Great House!

Almost everything about this property is perfect! Very roomy and comfortable. Great pool and outdoor area. It was nice having the boat dock since we did rent a boat. With that being said, if you do bring a boat be sure it's not too tall to get underneath the two bridges that access the bay and Gulf from this neighborhood. We had to wait for the tide to go down a bit. Overall I highly recommend this house.
