We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The cottage was very bright, nice heating pool, pool andbeach equipments, very close to the beach and very nice and child friendly area. Definitely recommend this place!

Misleading description of unit conditions

This property is in a great location so that is its main quality. My biggest issue was the misleading photos in the property listing. They photoshopped the photos to make the unit seem more appealing. Our shower had no shower knob - they left us a pair of vice grip pliers to turn the shower off and on. - with no heads up explaining the shower knob needed to be repaired. The walls had chipped paint and stains, the baseboards were dirty. The toilet and sink were clean - towels were nice The mattress was not ideal and we would sink to the middle We did not use the kitchen much but it was ok. Overall if you are considering this location, lower your expectations so you are not disappointed when you arrive Overall the area felt safe which is important, this is a good budget price to be able to stay on the island I just wish they were not deceiving with the photos they post of the unit. The laundry area is run down and not maintained. The washer and dryers need to be maintenanced

the good the bad and the ugly

Overall, I will not stay here again. The good: this had a very very nice pool area. It had beach towels clean and ready for you each day. The landscaping was meticulous. There were other people's pool toys left there for others to enjoy which is super nice if you're flying in like we did. The bad: The mattress was literally a futon cushion. You sank to the middle. It trapped heat, and my husband and I were miserable. There weren't nearly enough hooks for hanging wet towels and suits. The knives were hardly sharp enough to cut lemons and limes for our drinks. The ugly: this property is really not as depicted. It's old looking, needs new furniture, and chipping paint everywhere. The baseboards were filthy and damaged. It is VERY run down compared to our expectations and the pictures. For the price, the owner needs to do major refreshing to the unit's furniture and walls/baseboards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in AMI. We will go back to AMI, as soon as possible, but we'd pick a different unit with better reviews or a different condo or house altogether.

Excellent location, walking distance to beach in steps not miles, can walk on beach to Sandbar Restaurant/Bar for dinner or drinks on beach. Beautiful house with everything you need all the comfort of home.

Anna Maria unsere Lieblingsinsel

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und den Piers entfernt. Das Appartement entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Leider wird direkt daneben ein Haus gebaut wodurch es zeitweise zu erheblichen Baulärm kam. Dir gute Nachricht, das Haus ist bald fertig.

Condo was very clean and cute. Unfortunate that they are currently (5/23) building a huge home right next door and they woke us up at 7am each day but at no fault of the condo. Only negative was that there are really no usable windows. One side looks directly at the house they are building the other into an ally but we spent limited time inside so everything else was great. very nice, clean, quiet pool, adorable old Florida feel to property and very close to bay, great restaurants and small stores.

We very much enjoyed the location and it was very clean. Would love to see some upgrades such as mattress and full length mirror. Heard too much noise from upstairs tenants and felt instructions for tv were very minimal.

Small space with a great community pool

The Place was clean and very minimalistic, it has what you need but nothing extra. The pool was lovely and there is lot's of chairs seating areas and space to enjoy your day. The location is great, a block or 2 from the ocean and some nice restaurants. Book in advance if you want to eat at them we had no place to eat out so we went to buy food at the local store and BBQ'd our dinner on one of the 4 clean and ready BBQ's. We enjoyed our meal in a lovely onsite Tiki Hut that was just perfect one of our best nights. Overall that place was a fun stay. The communication with management is all through email so if you don't get any response on the VRBO app messages check you email.

Perfect island get away

I stayed here approximately 20 yrs ago, and again this past weekend and it is such a charming beach rental! It was perfect because we could bring our dog and take him on walks and restaurants during our stay. Its the perfect location where you can walk to shops, restaurants and beach and still be on a quiet street with a nice community pool. We will definitely stay here again!
