Whoever came up with the name for this rental property chose well. We’re truly grateful to the landlord for the opportunity to stay here. The photos don’t fully capture how nice the place actually is.There’s a gas grill downstairs with a propane tank, along with some floats, a surfboard, and an umbrella — not exceptional, but definitely useful. Grill-cleaning utensils are conveniently stored in the kitchen. The unit also includes a washer and dryer (the dryer is a bit dated, but functional). The property offers Spectrum cable, though sports fans should note that I didn’t see ESPN available.Previous renters mentioned issues with closet space and hangers, but those concerns have clearly been addressed — everything was well stocked and organized. As for the lack of a K‑cup machine, I’m sure there’s a reason many rentals avoid them, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience.Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Loved the location right on the beach! Plenty of room for the two of us. We did feel like we needed the car to get to stores and restaurants but that is our opinion. Owners were onsite during our stay but we didn’t see them very often. They were very nice.

5/5 StayWe absolutely loved our stay! The home had everything we could need and more. Easy beach access with a gorgeous view right from the patio — and the beach itself was never too busy, which made it even better. The area was peaceful and quiet, and the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s close to great restaurants and shops on the north side of Anna Maria Island — you could walk, but we recommend renting bikes or a golf cart for exploring. This quick work trip turned into a relaxing long weekend, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time!

Can't beat the location and view from this house! The furniture in the rental was outdated and in poor condition, but other than that, our experience was excellent from beginning to end!

The location is excellent! Bed was comfortable and everything was as described. My favorite part was the “quiet hours” on AMI. My husband and I enjoyed our Labor Day weekend. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for the Smaller Group

My wife, 9 year old son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The beachfront access cannot be beat and the views from the porch and bedroom were amazing. Everything was very well stocked and comfortable. And there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We often visit AMI with our other 4 kids and other family as well and book larger homes. But this property hands down has the best beach access of any properties we have stayed at and we loved being able to walk to the point. Tons of fun and we hope to be back!

Beautiful spot

The condo is in an excellent location close to restaurants and shops. It is literally steps to a beautiful big quiet beach. The view from the small balcony was great for morning coffee time. Highly recommend!!

Bean Point/Anna Maria 2024

Perfect location, very clean, owners weren't intrusive at all, didnt even know they were anywhere around. Very nice neighborhood. We rented a golf cart for a few days, and the parking wasnt a problem. However, if there wouldve been someone else at the property, im not sure where we wouldve parked it, due to the designated parking for guests. However, had there been an issue, i have no doubt the owners wouldve been more than accomodating. The view from the living room & bedroom was amazing. Oh, and i cannot say enough about the bed!!!! The KING bed, sheets, and oversized, extremely thick, fluffy comforter was my absolute favorite!!! I WILL have that type of set up at one point 😁....This was the 6th time we've stayed in the AMI area, but the 1st time at Bean Point, and from now on, this is where we will go, maybe even to the same house. I cant say anything bad about this property.

My Favorite Beach

We loved our stay. FYI- There are a few things that need attention in this property. I can send videos for three of them shower handle, toilet paper holder, and toilet seat all need attention, and as a reminder, the door lock did not work with the original code. You had to provide me with a five digit code versus a four digit code to enter. Also the screen door from bedroom to balcony comes off track. And as a suggestion for all of your properties, it might be nice to have a small amount of coffee and the appropriate necessities for a cup of coffee, like a small hotel would. We've enjoyed our stay, maybe these things will help the next person enjoy their time here more.

Beautiful unit and great north end location.

Hidden Oasis is a very nice apartment with good size rooms, a very comfy kind size bed, and a nice deck with a perfect view of the ocean. The path to the beach is easily accessible. Everything was clean, the check-in and check-out process was smooth. We loved the north end location.
