Loved Crescent Palms!

We all had a great experience at this property! 6 adults enjoyed the nicely renovated clean home, close to the City Pier, Waterfront restaurant, and Two Scoops Ice Cream. It was a nice walk to see the gorgeous sunset at Bean Point. We would highly recommend!

Great place but had issue that was not properly addressed

We love staying here. It is perfect size for our family. Our kids love the pool! We did have some maintence issues that were not addressed during the stay. The big one was that the oven had no power to it whatsoever. We discovered this the night before Thanksgiving after we purchased a Turkey and other side dishes that we needed to cook. After calling the property management line we were told that due to the holidays, this would not be fixed that night or the next day. So we had to use a friends oven on the island. It was a big inconvenience hauling a Turkey to their house on Thanksgiving day! Also, they never sent anyone to fix it at ALL during our stay. We ended up throwing out food that we had purchased but couldn’t cook bc it required the oven and spending a lot of money eating out, which was not planned. As a family of 7, we depend on the kitchen in the homes we rent. If these issues get fixed in the future, we would stay in this house again because we love the pool and the location.

Family getaway

We loved Anna Maria island! Was our first time, and definitely won’t be our last. Loved the area the house was at- nice and quiet, but close to all the action. Was perfect for our young kids, who just want to swim in the pool all day!

Location,Location,Location

This house had the best location, walking distance to the beach, pizza and coffee! It had the necessities, the pool area was awesome after a long day at the beach! The ease of being able to walk to the trolley, golf cart rental and other amenities was great.

Girls trip 2022

We really enjoyed this house! It was clean and had lots of room in a very nice neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. It was in walking distance to the new pier and a shopping area . Highly recommend this property

Great location!

The house was clean and location was great. The outside pool area was perfect. The only thing that was missing was beach chairs and a cooler. No big deal but it was a bummer when we had to buy these items( we left them, so hopefully they are there for the next guests! ) we will be back for sure! Thank you

Perfect beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family. It was in a great location and was very clean. Our family loved the large back porch and pool area. We had one small issue (needed bedding for one of the foldaway beds) but they were quick to respond and solved the problem right away. Our only complaint was the skylight in the master bedroom made that room very hot. And it would take a long time to cook at night. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Island House

This house met all of our needs, especially for the kids. The swimming pool was their FAVORITE! The management was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed them. We had lots of towels for the pool as well as for everyday use. It was super clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that there would be some cleaning supplies and some basic cooking essentials such as salt/pepper, oil, etc.... We left what we needed to buy because you cannot use it all up. I would guess that other guests did the same.....but all was cleaned out and up. NOT a huge complaint. Be ready to go to the near by Publix to stock up the kitchen. We would book this property again! It was a GREAT stay!!!!!

Great location, great property

Wonderful location, pool is fantastic and the house is clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults stay very comfortably. My only suggestion to the property management company is supply more cleaning supplies, and general pantry items. You will need to buy everything from salt & pepper to cleaning supplies to trash bags. As long as you know that and do a quick shop (Instacart from Publix was fantastic) ahead of time, it’s a great spot! Would rent again.

Family getaway in May

We absolutely loved staying at Crescent Palms this week. It was the perfect house for my parents, our kids and my brother, sister in law, myself and my husband. We loved the location, the house, the pool and hot tub, proximity to Pine Ave, the ocean and all the things to do nearby. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location and amazing pool!

This house was the perfect location for our girls trip, just a 10 minute walk from Pine Avenue and Bean Point, yet quiet enough for us to relax in the pool and hot tub. We spent so much time in the yard relaxing. One thing I wish we did know was about the alarm that goes off every time you open the door to the yard. Otherwise we had a perfect stay!

Unforgettable Experience

Our stay was amazing. We stayed in this home to celebrate our graduation. We had so much fun. The House was in perfect conditions. We enjoyed especially the pool and the hot tub. Not to mention how everything is at a walking distance. We thank the property manager for receiving us greatly and assisting us. Totally recommend this home.
