The amenities were good. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, cutting boards, good knives and such. The hosts were responsive if we had questions or needed anything like blankets. Very enjoyable stay!

Perfect family vacation! The cottage had everything we needed. Close to several restaurants and island shops. Easy walk down the street to the beach at The Sandbar. Bathroom and kitchen kits were perfect. Towels, beach towels, and linens were high quality. Very clean. Private backyard that was largely shaded, but you could always find a little sun.

My family has rented Covy Cottage 3 times and we’ll continue to return. We found it very comfortable, located in a central area close to restaurants and the beach. The property is clean with minimal supplies provided (states that in description). I wish they would provide additional blankets for the rooms and maybe extra towels. We had a problem with one of the shower doors and they sent someone over the next day to look at it. They needed additional parts so it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. All and all I would recommend this property to friends and family.

All I Wanted!

After the beginning of the year, all I wanted was to go somewhere and just be present and happy. I stayed in this amazing house. I could walk to my left and go to a more private beach or watch my right and go to a more public beach. The water was beautiful, the surrounding town is adorable. And the house was perfect.

Covey Cottage

We stayed here at the Covey Cottage February 3rd to the 7th. Beautiful home located within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with heated pool. The home has everything you need for your stay. The property management group was outstanding, were in contact with us several times making sure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend using Anna Maria Island Accommodations for your next rental.

Great communication!

Cute beach cottage! Very clean and good location. Management was exceptional with helpfulness and communication! Pool was wonderful. Quite a few mosquitos in the backyard but to be expected with all the vegetation. Had a wonderful time!

Great stay in a cozy home!

Overall we loved our stay here! This was perfect for a short trip for my mom and myself. The house was super clean and all the amenities we needed to be stress free were included (beach towels/chairs, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). We loved the location and the historical charm of this older home. It has been nicely updated, but the owners still retained a lot of the amazing historical features. I especially loved the privacy of the attic room. We can't speak to the kitchen because we do not do cooking on vacation. There are a few small things that could make this stay truly amazing. We would have loved to have an extra hair dryer or a full length mirror. The backyard, with a little TLC and some landscaping could really be so incredible. We really enjoyed the pool and the privacy of it. I do wish that they informed us before the landscapers came, as we were 2 women in the pool and suddenly there were 3 men in the backyard with us with no warning, and unfortunately we were unable to communicate with them due to a language difference. That was unsettling for a moment and kind of inconvenient. A little warning would have been great so we could have planned around it. I also wish there was a way to bypass the door alarm if you are not traveling with children. Other than that, this was the perfect stay for us! Highly recommend!

Amazing Location cottage!

Lovely cottage! You could walk every where and such an easy stroll to the beach as well. Loved the yard with pool! The only thing is they need to spray for mosquitos. Sitting outside, we kept getting bitten. Also, the pool was heated but barely. There was no way we could turn it up because the heater dial was locked up. But all in all the property was fantastic!
