We stayed with our family of 9 kids/fiancé's ages ranging from 23-27. The location cannot get any better. You are close to everything but at the North end so it feels less busy. The space was great for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked and appliances seemed brand new. We spent days at the beach then pool and every evening enjoying the backyard. Everyone fished in the canal, only caught a crab, but it was a great way to end the nights. We arranged for a fishing charter which was extremely successful. Our kids cooked up over 15 lbs of filets on the grill which was a highlight of the trip. Would not hesitate to go back.

Great location. Host was very accommodating and came out pretty quick when we called for anything. Place was very nice and worked out well for right ladies.
It was fun to find out that this rock in the water off the pier was a symbol of the island
We loved that everything was so close and we could ride the trolley wherever we wanted to go somewhere

We had a great time! Location was perfect walking distance to food, shops, and beach. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. Pool was nice as well as the back yard.. only negative no fish caught from canal (no fault of property). Would love to come back in future!

We had the best time staying at this property! AMI Locals was so easy to book with and they were very thorough with their commutation regarding check in/out process! The property was very clean and just as described. It is walking distance to several amazing local restaurants and shops as well as the beach. We will definitely be back!

Family wedding vacation.

Clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to beaches, bay and shopping! Family especially loved the pool and King sized beds and TV’s in 4 of the rooms! We avoided using the lovely, canal front, sitting area in the back due to safety concerns for our young grandchildren, but we appreciated the door alarms, and it made a scenic view from the living area and would be an esp wonderful spot for an adult gathering/bbq. 8 adults and 3 young children stayed comfortably with plenty of space for all. Thank you for hosting us. We would love to return sometime.

Best location on the island!

This was our first vacation to Anna Maria Island and had a fantastic week at Sunrise Shore. We stayed with 3 families with teenage kids. The property listing is very accurate. We were not planning to cook very much so we weren’t looking for a chef’s kitchen. It’s nothing fancy, but clean and had everything we needed. The main reason we chose it was for the location which is incredible. We thought it was the best location on the island. It’s literally a block from the most perfect sugar sand beach with incredible sunsets. It was also a block from Pine street where all the shops and restaurants are. We could easily walk to most meals and ice cream. We had a big group so each night we would decide where we wanted to eat dinner, put in our name and then walk back when the table was ready. It was such a casual and relaxing week. At one point we got low on propane for the grill and fire table and someone replaced it within the hour. AMI local was very responsive.

Amazing weekend getaway

We loved our stay at AMI! The house was beautiful and very well kept. We read in the reviews that the house didn’t have much to cook with, that’s incorrect. The kitchen was fully stocked for our group. The pool is small but amazing and the location was perfect. The beach is 5 min walk from the house and Pine Street. We will be staying here again in the next 6 months.

Upgrade

Location was nice just a small walk to beach. However, the house only had an 8-inch fry pan to cook with there were other pots, but dishes could be up graded. We were missing batteries in the remotes and the dish washer was broken. We did call to have it fixed and they were very prompt. The mattresses were spring and need to be upgraded, very uncomfortable.

Sunrise Shore

Sunrise Shore is a comfortable rental just minutes from the beach or from shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue in Anna Maria Island. The house was large enough to accommodate 11 (four families) comfortably. The house itself could use some minor attention (cabinet pulls were loose, the sliding door was hard to lock) but the management team was pleasant to work with and responsive when we reached out. The pool was nice to have as it gave us somewhere outdoors to congregate. The propane grill was functional but could use new burners; this did not stop us from grilling. I would definitely book this location in the future.

Anna Marie Island paradise

Love the location of their property! Easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The only downside to this rental is that we had to provide everything for operating the home - from garbage bags to laundry soap to salt and pepper. They don’t provide anything that could potentially be “tampered” with as they put it. The pool and yard are both very small as well. Still love Anna Marie though!!! 😍

Awful Home for a Great Location

We are frequent travelers for over 30 years. I have used verbo for our getaways. We have been to AMI several times and this house made for an awful vacation. Upon arrival dishwasher was broke. Power was flicking on and off upon arrival. The second night air conditioner broke for upstairs it was 94 degrees. We had a nice man come out twice from 10pm till 12:30am to fix air conditioner this repair man stayed duck taping air units in windows ruining our night as we all waited for it to cool down.. The next morning another man came to fix a broken motor in the air unit. We waited till that was completed as he was all over the house. Following day the bug exterminator came to spray inside the entire house. Following day dishwasher man came to fix dishwasher. What a MESS! This is not a vacation home. Besides that it was filthy! Drywall and mold issues in all baths. The living room furniture was so dirty we never sat on it! The beach chairs all broken and smelt terrible upon arrival. The dishes dirty upon arrival. The pictures make it look great. Pool is a hot tub we had to add hose water to cool it down. The location was amazing. We had friends house behind us same price and wow what a difference. This reminded me of an overused rental. The canal and backyard was the best part. Please paint, clean and fix applianaces so another family does not waste money and time on this home. The work crew very kind and felt bad for us. Hoping for some follow up from AMI or homeowner. I hope they understand. I never leave reviews like this but it was not a cozy stay. This is not a Vrbo complaint it’s toward the management of this place.

Wonderful!

Beautiful home with lots of room for everyone. Very clean, beds were comfortable, shower pressure great, great chairs/lounge/tiki table in back and pool was perfect. Only thing I’d change is to allow more time there! Beautiful island was a lot of fun and there is so much to do. Great trip!

Can’t wait to go back!!

The house was clean and had all the basics that we needed. Plenty of towels/beach towels. We loved the wine fridge in the kitchen for extra storage of drinks. Kitchen had all the basics. The back yard was so nice later in the day to get some shade. There are 4 Adirondack chairs and a tiki bar with stools, which weren’t in the pictures when we booked it so it was a nice surprise! The house is on a quiet street and it’s about a block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful! Check in was super easy and you can text the property manager and they were very quick to respond. Can’t wait to return!

Great location and house but needs maintenance

Overall we enjoyed our stay however the house needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. Light bulbs needed to be replaced, lights outside weren’t working, the kitchen isn’t stock well for cooking. No garbage bags were left to throw out the trash. The pool heater stopped working, I reported it to management but no one showed up to repair so we didn’t use pool. I would not rent here again for this price it was a disappointment
