The house was spacious and clean with a perfect location to both sunrise and sunset views, the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was a favorite of my daughters. A very nice vacation.

The location is amazing. Check in and out was super easy. We had plenty of space for the 6 adults we had on vacation. The only down fall is the starter supplies. We were left one garbage bag and one toilet paper roll per bathroom. Just update your welcome email to advise how many is left so we could have been better prepared and brought our own.

The house was great. We really enjoyed the location. Having the heat pool was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice and clean. There were a few things that could use an update from a renters view the master bedroom mattress (which is were we slept) could be upgraded the other bedrooms had nicer and much more comfortable mattresses. The patio furniture also should be upgraded the table and four chairs are old. The plastic picnic table is falling apart. The lounge chairs were good. Having the grill was really nice to have to cook on. I don’t want to sound critical but they were the things that we noticed. Over all it was a great place.

The house was okay Living area couch very small for 7. Very unhappy that when we arrived there was no safety measures for the pool. I have very curious 2 and 5year old grandboys and I was a nervous wreck about them getting out there. Also, need a railing to get out of pool. I slipped and broke my toe. The pool heat did not work until the pool service man came yesterday. No backyard lights for nighttime swimming. So overall while we had a wonderful time on AMI , I was disappointed with the house for the cost.

The check in process was a breeze. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable also. The outdoor area and pool were wonderful. We had a blast, especially my 10 year old granddaughter. Beautiful place to stay and close to the beach. We loved it here. Book it, you will not regret it.

Swing and a miss

This is my family’s 4th year in a row coming to Anna Maria and we have stayed at different houses each time. We loved the location to Bean point and the backyard was amazing. The things we didn’t love was the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen’s wood flooring was buckled and big gaps that was not friendly to the kids toes and when going to use the coffee pot, I had to clean the pot of the coffee left in it. The bathroom tub was visibly dirty and the sheets in one bedroom did not fit. For the amount you pay and a cleaning fee I would have hoped to walk into a nicer place.

The positives: Great location! Just a block from the Rod & Reel Pier, walking distance to City Pier and shopping-and of course the beach! The home is cute, older place, grandfathered I'm sure. Nice kitchen and bedrooms with comfortable beds. We snacked at home a lot-there were supplies in the kitchen, but no salt/pepper or spices of any sort. Plenty of parking! My major complaint was about the pool. Upon arrival, it was very dirty with debris. The pool vacuum was on, but spitting dirt and debris right back in from the filter. I notified the owner and management company right away and was told they knew about this and were waiting on a new filter. Problem was that I was never notified and we were not able to use the pool the entire time we were there. I also notified the pool technician per protocol, but he vas on vacation and had no backup. He did have a friend stop by who knew nothing about pools and came at 9:30 at night (we almost called the cops). The management company admittedly knew about this and nothing was done. We are working on some kind of compensation, but we paid for a house with a pool and did not get what we paid for. Our group managed to have a lot of fun. Just disappointed about the pool-and boy, it was hot! We just spent more time at the beach! Thank goodness the air conditioning was working!!

Girls trip

We were a block from the beach and closer than that to the pier. Our trip started years ago with just myself and sister. Gradually we added daughters, nieces daughter in law and niece in law. We are up to 8 most years, sometimes just 7 of us. Every year we pick the next destination. We are all so glad we chose this one this year. In fact several mentioned that they would do this trip again some year. Same place. The pool was such an added bonus. We could walk to the beach, walk to the pier, or just relax by the pool. We loved it! And Kate was a real pleasure to deal with. We will definitely do this again some year.

We loved the location! Short walk to the beach & the rod & reel pier. Nice backyard & pool for hanging out. Management was very responsive to a few minor issues! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Great AMI Location

This property is spacious and ideally located. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the Rod & Reel Pier. The backyard pool area is beautiful. There are four bedrooms so it’s a great place for families. Everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great and comfortable home within walking distance to the beach

Very comfortable and spacious home for a family of 8 adults. Very well equipped kitchen! Within walking distance to beach, which is not crowded at all due to it being in the North point location. I would consider renting it again.

Great vacation property in fantastic location

We spend our Christmas break at this property on Anna Maria Island. Great experience all around. Property was fantastic and the service from the agency was top notch! A minor recommendation on how to improve the experience at the property would be to install stronger outdoor lighting in the backyard. This will help with the BBQ in the evening, especially during the winter months...
