Blue Marlin

The Blue Marlin was a nice home, and the outdoor space was wonderful. There were eight adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. These are the issues we encountered while staying in the house, poor water pressure, fridge icemaker not working, dishwasher needs to be replaced or fixed and kitchen stove issues. AMI brought us ice to resolve the ice problem and were very helpful when we called. The items had to have manufacturer service, so nothing was fixed while we were there. It's not much fun having to wash dishes on vacation. I would ask if these items have been repaired or replaced before booking.

Girls 50th Birthday

We had an amazing time! The property location is perfect! Super close to everything. AMI Locals provided great referrals for grocery shoppers who delivered our groceries before we arrived, private chef who we hired for a dinner, golf carts that were delivered to the house, and pop up tent rentals for the beach. It was nice to relax and not have to worry about these things. They did provide us with a list of things not included so we could add to our grocery list. Only thing not listed was coffee filters just FYI. Only suggestion I have is for a larger group we could have used more coffee cups and more steak knives. All in all, it was amazing! The pool was perfect, plenty of towels for the pool, chairs, etc. We will definitely rent again!

Great location and house

Great location two half blocks off of Pine Avenue. Layout of the house is perfect for a Florida pool home. The deck below the second level provides a great shaded area overlooking the pool and hot tub. Indoors the bedrooms are all very private, the bathrooms are large and the kitchen is huge. Highly recommend to any family or group that needs four large bedrooms and a relaxing entertainment area around the pool.

Amazing home in AMI

Had a wonderful girls weekend at this amazing house. We each loved having our own bathroom and king size bed. The pool was perfect and we spent a ton of time outside. Can't wait to return!

Family Vacation 2023

Everything was as wonderful, as stated. My kids and grandkids had an amazing time. Property was perfect for the whole family. I didn't give it a 5 for check in due to the fact we couldn't get in, due to wifi issues. Property Management was quick to fix it, no problems after that. Will definitely return.

Great house Perfect Location

Photos very accurate. Lots of space Beds comfortable. Used golf cart to get around island and beaches. Close to all the wonderful AMI restaurants. Only critique is that the kitchen could use an upgrade in pots and pans.

Beautiful property on a lovely Island

Staying at the Blue Marlin was a wonderful experience! The home was beautiful and well kept. Anna Maria Island is a little piece of paradise! So many beautiful memories made! We definitely want to visit again and so enjoyed our accommodations!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home and very clean! My family of 8 just returned from a wonderful vacation at this house! Very spacious rooms, super comfortable beds and plenty of towels (bath and pool)! Fully stocked kitchen with lots of extras. The pool and spa area was our favorite place to hang out! There are stairs to the main level and again to second level, but not an issue for us at all. Short walk to the beach!! We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Great Location

Brand new property, the location is perfect to walk to the beach or pier. Pool is great to have for family fun. Overall house was clean and well appointed. The only improvement would be for the house to have better cookware.

Beautiful beach house! Perfect weather, beach was amazing.

Our family fully enjoyed this vacation. Very comfortable, house was as described. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds, We spent many afternoons in the pool after a day at the beach. Perfect house for family fun. We will definitely return.

Great option

We had a very good week, and the accommodations were more than sufficient! We were a bit surprised that they were absolutely no items in the kitchen such as salt and pepper but we left our basic spices and hope they will give the next guest some pleasure in their meals. The staff from AMI were very responsive and assisted us with anything we needed.

New House Two Blocks from Pine- Great for Families

New house in an excellent location two blocks from restaurants and shops on Pine. House is exactly like the pictures. House was awesome except air in master does not work effectively and property manager will only allow thermostat to 71. Master is very hot. Kitchen could also use more essentials such as Tupperware. Beach items very limited. Otherwise a great house.

British Family Halloween Vacation

Overall fantastic modern property in a great location perfect for our family vacation with young children. Three main areas that need improvement are 1) more/better kitchen equipment (we had to buy a new can opener as the existing one didn’t work), 2) WiFi was spotty and unstable which was frustrating 3) the air con controls were hard to manage. Best bits were 1) great pool and hot tub 2) large spacious rooms with en suites and 3) walking distance to main local amenities like the fitness centre across the road.

Great Anna Maria Island experience and amazing Beach home!

We rent beach homes every summer and love exploring new places!! This beach house was by far one of the best!! Thank you for making the rental experience so pleasant, from the moment we sought out info regarding the home all through check out. Hope it’s still available Summer 2020!!
