From the moment we walked in the door, it felt like home. Everything was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed.The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable, with plenty of storage and closet space. We fished off the dock every day and watched manatees and dolphins swim by.A washer and dryer (located in a separate building), came in handy for freshening up towels and swimsuits.Just a short walk to both the bay and Gulf beaches. The trolley picks up at the nearby pier, making it easy to get around without a car. We also appreciated being close to a general store, coffee shops, ice cream spots, and places to rent bikes, kayaks, or golf carts.The outside grounds were neatly landscaped and wonderfully quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return!

Beautiful, clean, walkable and bikeable to beaches, food and entertainment. Kayak from your backyard! Out into the bay or through the canals. Good fishing all around you.Comfortable , well maintained.Love this placeThanks, Doug

First time visit to AMI

The location of the condo was perfect. within walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. very clean and well stocked. the twin beds were not very comfortable. But otherwise I would highly recommend this condo.

Vacation Week

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was really nice. We were a quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the pier. The only downfall is no washer and dryer in the actual condo. I would definitely stay here again!

Really is the perfect location

This gem is in the perfect location at AMI right between the pier and the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets on the beach within a short walk. The AMI pier is right out the door, we watched manatee, dolphins and stingray through the crystal blue water. Can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous!!

Rented kayaks for the week and kayaked almost every day. Short walk to bay side beach area; longer walk to gulf side but still doable. Condo is very well stocked, clean and near the AMI pier. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic vacation

The property was just what we expected. It had a real Florida vibe. It was very clean and had all the utensils you could possibly need. The private jetty was a nice bonus which we put to good use. We only have one small complaint.. the property directly beneath is undergoing a complete renovation so we had construction noise Monday to Friday.

Great location & beautiful view of the canal

The location was great- just a short walk to the pier & the bus & many stores. The view from the couch was of the canal & trees & was very beautiful! Sitting at the kitchen table eating meals- we were able to see dolphins swimming in the canal several times! It also had all the kitchen things we needed for cooking.

While our stay was cut short due to an issue with the a/c, Doug was very accommodating and helpful. The unit is in a great location and having the dock for our kayaks was wonderful. Hope to be back!

Great Location

The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, and the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, close to the pier and right across the street from the ice cream shop, Two Scoops. Te dock was perfect for our morning cup of coffee. Private and quiet area.

Had a wonderful stay- it was nice having the private pier and being able to fish and then being so close to the icecream shop, general store, and ami pier. The only drawbacks were the broken shower door, the stained sheets on 2 beds (which could’ve been the cleaning companies error) and you need to check each dish before you use it as most were dirty (possibly past residents not washing)… but it was otherwise a really cute place and location!

Lovely Property

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Bear in mind that the landlord has an unstated policy of providing a single roll of TP, even to a family of 4 who rented for a week. However, when I asked if there was more, he had someone stop by with a few supplies the next day.

Perfect in Everyway!!

Would 100% recommend staying in this cute condo!! It was everything that was said about it. It was clean and had what we needed for our 2 week stay. The dock was a plus. We loved starting and ending our day on this lovely dock and even and a few meals on it. It was perfect!! Will definitely will stay there again, if we have the opportunity.
