We really enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to get in touch with the host. The house was well stocked. It was also very clean. The pool area was wonderful. As was the tiki bar. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful house, enjoying outside area - pool was warm and clean and tikki bar and many outdoor seating areas were enjoyed by all. Definitely would return and suggest anyone considering this rental to do so!

We had an amazing stay at this house on Anna Maria Island. The island itself is fantastic — beautiful beaches, a relaxed vibe, and plenty to explore. The home’s location was perfect, close to so many great dining options, and the nearby ice cream shop was a huge hit with the kids.Inside, the spacious upstairs living room gave everyone plenty of room to unwind, and the outdoor living and entertaining area quickly became our favorite spot to hang out. The pool was fantastic, and having manatees come right up to the dock in the canal was an unforgettable experience.The beds were very comfortable, making our stay relaxing from beginning to end.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

The property was absolutely amazing. Felt like we were in a private resort! It was a truly relaxing vacation. We hardly ever left the house because we were enjoying the backyard so much! We will definitely be back!!

Not bad but could use some things

The check in process was easy. We received a text telling us we couldn’t go to the house until 4 because plumbers were suppose to arrive at 2. So, my mother and father in law arrived at 4 and got into the house. We didn’t arrive until after 6. We wanted to explore on the golf cart but couldn’t find the key. We sent a text and was told to look different places for it, but we still couldn’t find it. Finally, the key was dropped off after 10pm on Saturday night. Ashley had said one of the cleaners had taken the key. So we couldn’t use it that day. The pool area needs some attention to the landscaping. There’s weeds growing everywhere and broken tree branches laying on the patio. If there is low tide, you can’t sit outside by the pool. The canal smells so bad like sulphur (this is for every house on the canal). Friday morning around 8:40am the power went out upstairs. We thought maybe all the power was out but the power was still on in the bottom unit. My husband went to check the breaker box and everything was still in. Text message were sent and an electrician was suppose to be there sometime to check it. I received at text around 10:30am letting me know the power should be coming back on. Apparently, there was a mix up with the bill and it hadn’t been paid. It came back on around 10:50am. So the upstairs didn’t have power for about 2 hours. The beds in the house are awesome. Probably some of the most comfortable all of us had slept on. The golf cart was awesome!

Paradise on AMI!

This property is absolutely perfect for enjoying Anna Maria Island! The location was walkable to excellent restaurants and boutiques and the golf cart was an added bonus to explore out further. The pool area was perfect for our kids to enjoy hanging out and relaxing after time spent at the beach! The provided speaker as well as the ping pong take were thoroughly enjoyed by our teenagers while hanging at the pool during the afternoon. There was plenty of room for our group to either spread out for some quiet time or gather together for meals. There was every kitchen appliance you could need and then some. We had some accidental damage occur from one of our party and the owners were wonderful to deal with and very kind and fair in resolving the situation. We would highly recommend this rental or any other owned by Carolyn and Ashley!

We had an incredible stay at the Bayside Inn Anna Maria Island. The house is beautiful, the kitchen fully furnished, lots of beach towels and pool toys and the location was great. We loved having the golf cart to get around town. The owner, Carolyn, was prompt to answer questions during the months leading up to the trip and the property manager , Ashley, made it clear that she was available for anything we might need during our stay. The 5 bdrm/5 bath was a perfect property for our family of 12. We loved everything about the property and the island - we’ll be back !!

Wonderful house

The property was clean and well-maintained. It's in a great location and they were very responsive to a couple questions we had. When we weren't out and about on the island, the pool and tiki bar at the house were great to hang out at. It was our family and another family and we had a wonderful time there for the week. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, amazing pool maybe the largest on the island. For young kids pool was great and having beach 20 steps away also great. Walking distance to excellent restaurant and ice cream. The tiki bar was fun for the adults as well. 2 Kitchen set up allows for group to split up but plenty of room for 10 to dine together. The golf cart is a plus - definitely worth it. Host and property manager super responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria. The accommodations were very good. The pool, kayaking, ping pong, golf cart, tiki bar, etc. were enjoyed by all. Would highly recommend this house / location. Property manager & owners were very helpful & responsive to any issues we had.

Gorgeous home on AMI

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We shared this with another family. This place was spotless! The 2 separate units were perfect to have our own personal space. We loved sharing the backyard space together. The large pool was absolutely amazing and very clean. However, it was ICE COLD. I understand that the air temp was cooler than average but this water was so cold not even the kids would go in! I asked the owner twice to please turn up the heat. Her response was that since the air was cool the heat just blows off the top. She told me thetemp was set to 88. This was simply not true. It was barely 73 our entire stay. It was a bit disappointing since we had kids that wanted to swim at night which didn’t happen brrrrr. The outdoor space was fun with the swinging chairs, lounge and Adirondack chairs. Plenty of room to spread out. The guys loved watching March madness on both outdoor tv’s. The kayaks have seen been days we didn’t use those. There was only one bike. Our friends who were in the lower unit experienced cold showers the first 3 days. After a few attempts we did get a response from the owner. After 2 electrician visits it was finally fixed. We also could have used more garbage bags-only 2 were provided per unit and silverware was sparse. Something else we found odd was the owner had her boat captain and an entire family cutting through our backyard pool area to access the boat dock. No notice was given.

Spring break at Anna Maria 2025

The house was beautiful and the kids were in the pool daily. Loved all the outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. Inside they had everything we needed and more. Location was close to shops and beaches. Having the golf cart was nice for things further away. We did have issues with the internet but management was very responsive in getting resolved.

Best trip ever! (and we go on a lot of trips!)

Talking with the property owner,Carolyn, and the property manager was always very quick and answered all our questions! The book that was provided when you walk in the door helped us understand the island and the home better to ensure we were experiencing everything to the utmost! The outdoor pool and tiki bar were simply amazing! The beds are comfortable, and two kitchens really helped us with feeding our hungry families! The perfect place for our two families of 11 people! Don’t let the hurricane damage deter you from vacationing here. The island is beautiful and the amount of restoration that has occurred thus far has been incredible! Yes, there are still homes that are requiring demolition or improvements, but I think it’s important for us to all understand what happened to the island. This home is definitely on the books for our return vacation next year!

Great vacation spot on AMI

The property was well taken care of and the owners were available and ready to communicate before and during our trip. We were close to the beach and the golf cart (included) was the perfect way to get around all of the island. I recommend taking advantage of the boat outings/adventures that can be chartered and leave right from the dock in the back of the house.
