Our first trip to AMI!

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island! We were very hesitant about this trip because we had never been, so we just booked something on a hope and prayer! We were overly impressed by the house and this side of the island! The owners of the house have thought of everything to make your stay as convenient and easy as possible! The house was super clean and well set up! We enjoyed our time outside around the pool! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing trip

We stayed here with our 3 year old, one year old and my parents. We had an amazing time.. the outdoor space was awesome, and the home was perfect for us. Any issues that came about (pump on pool) were fixed promptly and communication was great. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!!

Awesome Place to Stay

What a great vacation rental this was. Plenty of outdoor living space. The back yard was phenomenal! I almost didn’t want to leave it to go to the beach. But it’s Anna Maria Island, one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been to. The inside was spacious with plenty of room for our family. Definitely would like to rent this property again!

Great Beach House!!

We had a wonderful time in Bay 2 Bay. You can tell most everything in the house is new! Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, cups, pots and pans. Closets have plenty of hanging and drawer space. Several relaxing lounging areas. We found the front patio best in the evening with the breezes coming in off the bay. They did not advertise this but there is a very nice pull out sofa bed, still had the plastic on the mattress, but bring linen for it! The only negative thing I could say is that the two king size mattresses were the hardest mattresses I have ever slept on, but with being a rental I understand. The downstairs patio area was outstanding. Pictures don't do it justice. They did not show pictures in add but there is a cabana/laundry room with several " new looking" beach chairs, a beach bag, several pool noodles, a beach wagon, and a small fridge for the patio! In the pictures I could not judge the size of the pool, the deepest part was no deeper than 3 feet,but the kids enjoyed it. Now the beach access for the public is a few (3-4) houses down, but that is to the bay beaches. They are narrow, with not a lot of sand area. We drove to Manatee beach one day but found the closer Anna Maria Island beach had better sand and less people. Parking can be a challenge so go early! We would defiantly stay at Bay 2 Bay again.

House and location were both perfect!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island for my husband and I and our 2 daughters ages 15 and 17. The house was just perfect for us! Coffee on the front porch in the morning, snacks and drinks by the pool in the afternoon. Pool area was perfect! Plenty of sunshine all day, and shade. My husband loved naps in the shade!! Walk across the street to ocean and beautiful sunrise. Then walk a mile at night to ocean and beautiful sunsets. The location was away from Main Street so not too much traffic, but close enough to walk to for cafes, shopping and dinner. Our girls were able to walk to beach and take afternoon strolls to get ice cream and shop. House was good on utensils, dishes, pots/pans. Did not have any cooking supplies (spices). We bought what we needed which was fine with us. Also, no extra toilet paper, so add to grocery list. We were there during very busy season. 2 to 3 hour waits for restaurants. Traffic very busy. House was located in perfect location for staying away from all of that. We wished we had rented bikes ahead of time. They were all reserved when we called. Bikes and golf carts were popular mode of transportation. If we were to go again we would definitely stay at Bay 2 Bay! Thank you to owners for sharing your home with us!!!

Nice home, great yard and location. We enjoyed our stay. It did seem like a new rental though and was lacking a few essentials.
