The house is beautiful and in a great spot! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking but there are no staples there, not even salt and pepper. The beach is beautiful and a short walk away. There are two beach umbrellas and quite a few beach chairs but all are aging and not in great shape. There is an outdoor shower by the pool that was great to rinse off the sand before coming into the house. It was an awesome place for our family of 7 adults to stay!

Really nice house and great location

Awesome location that is right across from beach access trail. Great pool with front and back yard areas to hang out. Spacious house with high ceilings and large rooms. Big, well-supplied kitchen with lots of island seating. There were a few mechanical issues (hot water heater, pool heater, and clothes dryer were not working) but the property management company was responsive and did its best to get things working. Overall, really nice house and great location.

Excellent Location and Great Layout!

We spent the week with family and friends, and had a fantastic time! The screened in porch and pool deck were fabulous extra living spaces. The beds were very comfortable, and every bedroom on the main floor has its own bathroom. Literally steps from Bean Point. You cannot beat this location.

Beautiful home

Loved this home. It was very roomy and it made our stay very enjoyable. The pool is on the smaller side but we didn't care since we have a pool at home. Beach access across a very small road. No noise. Very little traffic. AC kept us very comfortable (we've stayed at some FL residences that didn't!)

Beautiful bungalow on Bean Point

If your looking for a great property on Bean Point, Anna Maria…..look no farther. Literally a clean walkable path to the beach. The bedroom layout in connection to the living room and poolside is perfect. Bonus room upstairs has a bunk bed, plus 4 twins all separated which is perfect for 1 child or 6. There’s also a nice king bedroom upstairs while the other 3 king bedrooms are down. Home is beautifully equipped and up to date with what you need for a wonderful getaway to the beach!!

Lovely yellow home

We had a wonderful stay at the adorable yellow home near Bean Point. The house is directly across the street from beach access! The bedrooms, pool, screened porch, and front porch all make this home a wonderful place to stay with families and friends. The pool gets all day sun access which was major perk for us. On the downside the beach chairs were old and there were only 2 larger sized chairs. The house was missing some kitchen necessities, outdoor ice maker was broken, and barely any starting items were at the house. I guess they clear the home of any left-overs (sandwich bags, spices, tin-foil, etc...). Regardless we loved the house and location and would recommend to families,

Wonderful Holiday

A lovely spacious property that allowed myself, my wife, daughter (and her boyfriend) and my son to feel completely at home. All amenities worked well and the Wi Fi and tv network especially (very important with the young adults). Lovely pool able to take us all. Great situation just yards from a beach and under a mile away from the shops. Could not have asked for any more.

The house is exactly as advertised. Super nice home. It is directly across from the beach access. Walk about 200 yds and you are on the beach. The path was flooded in areas due to a big storm AMI had just b4 our arrival. Nothing anyone could due about that! There is another access point right up the road that we could use to avoid it. Pool area is on the smaller size but it suited us. The screen porch was an added bonus. Had plenty of plates and utensils. Beds and linens were very comfortable.

Covid Fiftieth Anniversary Celebration.

My husband and I celebrated 50 years of marriage in 2020. We were blessed to be able to take lots of family vacations over those years, and felt that a family trip would be the perfect celebration. The house was lovely. Everyone had plenty of personal space. The house was stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to haul them. Two things I would have appreciated: better AC on the second floor, and a railing to get into and out of the pool. The steps are more like 8-10” and impossible for we older people. This last thing was rather important since we older people don’t do the walk to the beach more than a couple times during the visit. Over all, wonderful trip..Created a great memory. I will use VRBO again.
