Very nice HOME with a fabulous location. We could walk to the beach to restaurants anything we need.In addition, the host was very responsive to some minor hiccups in our stay. This was much appreciated.

Fantastic stay for family of all ages

We stayed with my family, my brother's family and my parents and everyone had a wonderful time. There was plenty of beds, the pool was great and the location was perfect.

Excellent House in great location

This house is awesome!! Location is perfect and accommodations throughout the house and the outside are great. We had the whole family age 2-60 and it was perfect for all!!! Owner is very attentive and easy to reach stress free vacation if you stay here:)

Do not rent. Location is the only good thing about this house.

We’ve rented at least 20 different properties on the island over the last 10 years, and this is one of the few we’d never rent again. The only 5 star facet of this house is the location. First- almost every dish we pulled out of a drawer or cabinet was dirty. If i was the owner of this house, I’d hire a new cleaning crew. Second- we had to contact the property manager/owner Cristina to get working wi-fi, which ended up taking 24 hours to get accurate login info. We were told to refer to the welcome email- and given incorrect info several times and one of us needed to be able to get online for work. Third- the fam room TV was inoperable for the length of our stay. We reached out and she tried to walk us through using it with an Apple TV remote but we needed the actual TV remote- which Cristina told us she was aware had been missing for several months. PLUS the WiFi network had recently been changed so the tv wasn’t even hooked to the correct network- things she knew but never bothered to correct. If you want sun on the pool- this house isn’t for you. It doesn’t get ANY sun on the pool for the entire day bc of the trees all around it. Finally- there was a maintenance guy who needed to be in the house twice during our stay. Once to install cameras (in the master bedroom) which should’ve been done when house was empty. Second to install a new tv the day before we left. My daughters walked in to find the guy laying on the couch eating chips and setting up the tv. What??!!

Location location location

Location is perfect. Easy walk to beach,piers,restaurants. House was in its prime 10 years ago but overall still great. House was clean, great entertaining space, game room had a little musty smell. Beach chairs umbrellas and wagons were a big help. Pool area very shaded but nice and private.

Perfect for family

This house was everything we needed for a family reunion with kids aged 1-13 (6 of them!). There were high chairs, pack n plays, beach toys, wagons, beach chairs, pool floaties—so nice to not have to bring all that. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and the easiest simplest walk to the beach. During our stay the pool heater was inconsistent and unfortunately was difficult for the littles as we were hoping to have pool days when the beach was a little too chilly. But you can’t beat the location. The house was well stocked with oils, seasonings and things, but the actual cookware was subpar. So if you’re planning on doing a lot of in him cooking for a family make accommodations. But overall you can’t beat the location for the price.

Great place, very comfortable

Enjoyed the Christmas holiday week at La Palma Villa with extended family. Very comfortable home, well furnished, comfortable beds, sofa, and ample kitchen/ dining space. Weather was a little cooler than we hoped so we didn’t get much use of the pool. Location is great. Robin Hood Golf cart rentals is just across the street from the house along with multiple shops, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. Easy access to the beach within walking distance.

Lovely location beautiful house

Few issues with the check in and on arrival was expecting all the rooms to be available which they were not. Spoke to owner and managed to resolve. The house was beautiful and fab location? The games area and garage were scruffy and dirty and needed an overhaul. The pool area was all in the shade so problem with bugs and there was rubbish left including a packet of cigarettes with a cigarette in. This area could do with a proper cleann and some of the tree cutting back. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but a bit of work downstairs could improve further

Great stay on the island

We had a great time staying at this home. It has everything you need to stick around the property and is located in a perfect spot to leave for the day. The furnishings are great, appliances are all in working order, and the pool/backyard is perfect for a large group. I would love to stay there again.

Feb Stay on AMI

Nice house. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool heater was not on when we arrived so it took a couple days to heat up. “Beach amenities” and game room area toys and such are a bit of a mess, broken, not totally functional. Bring your own beach gear, chairs, etc. Great location and neighborhood.

Great Location with everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay with 2 grandparents, 4 other adults and 5 kids - 5 & under. Location was perfect. Large dining table made hosting our large group easy. Close to many great restaurants & very short walk to the beach. We arranged renting our own pack n plays, beach wagon and high chair but all three were also provided by the rental home a which was nice. They also provided a huge amount of pool towels! Lots of beach chairs & sand toys made it a breeze. Outdoor shower was helpful for the kids coming back from the beach. The heated & shaded pool was a nice break from the sun. Property manager was very helpful and quickly addressed any questions we had. We loved our trip to Anna Maria and look forward to returning again!

Location was great house needs a lot of attention

We came down for my wedding in august of 2022. Under every bed and under the couch still had alot of dirt and food. The back sliding door did not work properly only way to close them is to lock the doors. When it rained water would come through the door the tile is busted next to the door and soft spot in floor. The kitchen didn’t have a good selection of pots and pans or knifes. The garage was a complete disaster! Everything for the beach seemed to be broke. The game room was pointless NOTHING worked. The landscape needs some serious attention nothing like the pictures showed. You would think with how much it cost to rent this house it would be maintained a lot better. Wasnt to happy with how much we spent to stay for 10 days to see all that was wrong with the house.

Z Family Christmas Vacation

The property was representative of what's presented online and is very nice. Amenities were very good and met our expectations. The location was great for both the beach of the Pine St businesses. We had a concern with the pool, and someone was there the next day to address / explain things to us, and we enjoyed the pool the remainder of the week. Would definitely return!

Best location

We rented this house last minute because our original rental was not available. We were super grateful to find this home and it was perfect. The host was extremely kind and responsive. The location was great. A very short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the pier to go fishing. Great restaurants and shops around the corner. Pool was beautiful. There were 12 of us and we were very comfortable. Thank you so Minch for your hospitality and letting us enjoy your home.

Beach Holiday

We were excited to find this roomy rental home close to the beach and to shops and eateries on the northern end of Anna Maria Island. Communication was great with the owner, until we checked in. We reported several maintenance items early on during our stay and never heard back. We called the maintenance phone number listed in the Guest Book but were told by the person answering that he had not been used by the owner for over 4 years, and he did not know who would do the requested toilet water leak and pool repairs we reported. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with utensils and dishware, the gas grill had a full tank, the pool was clean and the water temp warm, so all that was enjoyable, and the house itself was quite roomy with bedrooms and bathrooms reasonably clean & comfortable (except for the toilet leaks). The garage area was a mess and did have beach and pool items, but we were glad we brought our own. The game room was not of much use. We didn’t consider this rental the best value for money spent compared to other properties we have rented. But, if you come prepared with your own beach holiday provisions and it’s proximity to beach and eateries that is your priority, you can have an enjoyable stay with family and friends, as we did.

Fantastic vacation

The house was beautiful and the location was good (after we got used to carrying everything to the beach). It was close to restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 seater cart which was great to go around in. Easy access to parasailing, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Everyone had a great time.
