Anna Belle

We've been vacationing on Anna Maria for 10 years. We've rented many houses. This is by far one of the nicest houses. Views are tremendous from inside and outside the house. House is very clean an up to date. Short walk to Bean Point. The Waterfront is right around the corner. I would highly recommend staying here. We'll be back.

Beautiful Property on AMI

This was our family’s first trip to AMI and Anna Belle was perfect for our stay. The water view on the canal was beautiful and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Favorite Place We’ve Stayed!!!

My family and I have been coming to Anna Maria for several summers now. This place exceeded our expectations and is now our favorite place to stay. The photos and descriptions were accurate and the property is beautiful. We loved having a view of the lagoon and rented kayaks which we were able to put right into the water. The pool is lovely with nice landscaping that makes you feel like you’re in a tropical oasis…we appreciated some of the shade spots! We spotted and got to watch several manatees in the lagoon which was really neat. If you don’t mind walking or getting a golf cart, it’s not too far from the beach which is also nice. There were some amenities like chairs and an umbrella but the umbrella is starting to fall apart. The rooms and showers were all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very big and has all of the utensils, plates, and extras such as a crockpot and blender that you may need. Something to be aware of is that only a few basic necessities are supplied like a few rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, and no hand soap. There were a lot of people who came by unannounced…the landscaper serval times, the pool guy came and was in the back working on the pool, and another person stopped by to build a beach cart. They did notify us when the county came by to check the water but it would’ve been nice if we were notified instead of surprised. Overall we loved our stay though!

Lots of Issues.

Broken refrigerator which cost us some spoiled food. Plumbing issues which kept us from showering before dinner. Management and a Plumber came at 11pm to fix it. We had 3 strange men come on the property at different times while we stayed there. One time I was in the backyard in the pool by myself and some guy came in the backyard taking pictures of the grass. Apparently the owner had different people come to the house looking at the lawn. Which was very uncomfortable for us. Especially since we were all girls staying at the house. One time a guy with no shirt on came to the door. Things like this should be done when the owners are present and the house isn’t being rented. A umbrella stand was broken and it fell over on one of the kids. The lights in the backyard were burnt out when we arrived. We couldn’t see and were afraid someone was going to fall in the bay. We rented this last June 2021. I’ve had about a year to think things over and we really should have been reimbursed for a couple of days because of all of the problems. The issues effected our trip for more than one day. It was several.

Fabulous location & outside area

We’ve been coming to AMI for years and this property is in one of the best locations we have stayed. The outside area is gorgeous with plenty of space for sunbathing and fishing, with a sunset view at the end of the day. Large spacious house that I’m sure anyone would enjoy. Great management company ( who are new to this property) dealt with questions and queries in a super quick & friendly fashion !

Excellent Experiance

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. We really enjoyed sitting outside and having a nice corner view of the canal. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. All the rooms are very spacious with a ton of storage room. The kitchen is large and great for entertaining. We loved our stay here.

Great property for family of four

The home had plenty of space for a family of four. The location to everything was great and the pool and lunai were perfect for more fun times together as the day unwinds. We loved the layout of the home and the decor and landscaping were both well done. The only downfalls even though they were minor, is that we did not find the place very clean when we arrived as there were crumbs left on the floor, counter tops and living room tables, broken glass in the lunai, the blankets in the two guest rooms were clean but stained badly to the point the kids refused to sleep on them. You also will need to buy everything you are going to need for the week for cooking as there is no salt, pepper, sugar or anything and for us the two grocery stores we went to on the island were completely out also so just be sure to plan ahead for those items. The host Allison was very personable and checked in to see how everything was going. Overall the home is perfect for the value and we would certainly think of staying here again.

Great Week!

The house is very comfy and had everything we needed for the week we stayed. Allison was incredibly open to concerns about towels, the fan, and beach chairs and provided us with what we needed In a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home with access for kayaking and boating.

Perfection

The property was clean and spacious , beautiful, and so relaxing. Beds were comfortable with nice clean and comfy sheets and blankets. Spacious clean bathrooms. Biggest showers ever! Loved the backyard with the tree swing and easy access to water for kayaking paddle boarding and fishing. Pool was so refreshing and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Loved the screened in porch and grill. They provided some beach towels if you don’t bring your own. I would absolutely rent here again. The location is perfect! Easy to get to Pine street where there yummy restaurants and cute shops. City Pier for fishing and swimming and eating is a 5 minute walk. Make sure and go to The Donut Experience, two scoops, and the Waterfront Restaurant for the best burger on the island. Just for fun beach rentals was amazing. Great prices and the owners are so personal and friendly and accommodating. We rented a boat for the day and went to Edgemont key and Passage key. Then ate across the bay at Tide Tables. Make sure and get the Grouper cheeks appetizer and the shrimp wontons. Another great place to take food and spend the day swimming and hanging is Jewfish key (accessible by boat). We went down to longboat key and ate at the blue marlin. Love music and yummy food. My only criticism of the house was that the living room couch isn’t comfortable and when we arrived the AC wasn’t working right. It took a couple times contacting the management property and then the owner and once the owner knew, the AC guy was there within 30 minutes and we were good to go in no time. It was something really simple to fix. (Owner is super friendly and responsive. The property/real-estateady, not so much. Also, the pool guy showed up while we were in the pool and we had to get out. And the lawn care showed up too. We didn’t know either were coming. So a heads up in advance would’ve been great. Suggestions if you stay here.... they provide very little as far as toilet paper, paper towels, and no dish/hand soap. So make sure and bring your own.

Island Paradise

Our family had a wonderful time in this lovely spacious home. Back yard and pool was beautiful and relaxing. Location is great for walking to Rod and Reel Restaurant and to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Great time at a great place!

We really enjoyed the house and amenities. The pool and dock are phenomenal and beautiful in the morning and evenings. Our kids loved fishing! We cooked more than normal on vacation due to Covid and there was no utensil or kitchen gadget we couldn’t find! We rented a golf cart to get to and from the beach and do some sight seeing but Bean Point was our favorite and although a bit of a walk to the beach very doable without the golf cart!

Piece of Paradise

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The amazing view, the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, incredible pool and hottub, relaxing screened in porch, well appointed kitchen, excellent location... everything was just great! We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely to for morning walks. We had an issue with the check in process but were able to get it resolved and property management was very responsive after that. We didn't have propane and they brought us a new tank incredibly quickly. Plenty of cozy bedding, towels, etc. We loved that there was a large dining table and very open living space since most other homes/townhomes don't have a nice large gathering area. We loved staying here and would book here again next time we come to AMI!

We absolutely loved this house. The location is amazing and the huge sliding glass doors took our breath away every morning we woke up and looked out to the water. One thing we learned, if you have a boat with a T-top you'll have to watch the tides to get in. Fortunately we were able to get in and out and had a blast.
