Frankie was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The house is very nice and well kept. The location is great for access to both beach sides, to see the sunrise and sunset. The only issues were figuring out all the switches for lights and the lock for the back doors. Would highly recommend this house and owner.

Fabulous location to the beach and local restaurants. Perfect house, open format for kitchen, living room and outdoor patio. Clean, coastal getaway vibes. We live in FL along the beach on the east coast and this still felt like a wonderful beach vacation. Frankie was very communicative and helpful. 10/10

This is our second stay and can’t wait to go back! This property does an amazing job of handling the details and it made for an incredible stay. Beach wagon, pool toys, beach chair set-up, and an abundance of towels really set this property apart. Several families traveled with us and stayed at other properties- this house was everyone’s favorite!

Casa Caliente was wonderful. It's location was within walking distance and very convenient for ice cream, doughnuts, and pizza as well as dining out at more upscale restaurants like the Sandbar. The gorgeous Gulf was just a very short stroll away and it was easy to carry all our beach gear with the wagon that was provided. The house was ideal for our needs and the pool and sound system were accessed daily! A couple of ideas that might be appreciated by guests would be to add some kind of railing to help while entering and exiting the pool by more "experienced" people and maybe a tv outside. Neither is a game changer, just friendly suggestions. And the sunsets are sunsational!!

Conveniently located, comfy home, the pool is super convenient if you have kids and the speakers allowed us to drown out some of the noise. Beach was about a 5 minute walk away, gorgeous water. It was extremely hot out so we spent most of the day either at the beach in the water or at the pool in the water.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Blue House on Anna Maria Island! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The house was incredibly well-equipped—the kitchen had everything we needed, and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and welcoming. But the real highlight? The pool! Our kids (5 and 8) spent hours splashing around, and it was the perfect way to relax after beach time.The location couldn’t be better—amazing tacos and pizza just across the street, which made dinners easy and delicious. And the walks to the beach? Absolutely hilarious and full of energy with our two little boys leading the charge. It was such a joy watching them experience the island life.A special thank you to our host. I accidentally left behind a cup from a trip years ago that holds a lot of sentimental value, and not only did he find it, he shipped it back to me. That gesture meant so, so much. You don’t come across that kind of kindness often.We truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s not just a vacation rental—it’s a memory-maker. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

Everything here was great from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out and the owners were super flexible and accommodating! The house itself was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds, enough space for all of us and the pool was the best! Plus you’re right on Pine with all the shops and restaurants and super close to just hop right over to the beach. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect House!

There are so many good things about this house! 1) Location - walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, convenience store, rental companies and most important easy walk to beach.2) The house is beautiful inside. Well stocked kitchen, great master bedroom/bathroom.3) Was very clean!4) Outdoor area was amazing! Waterfall in the pool and the tiki bar was a great way to end the night with a few cocktails!

Don’t walk, RUN to book your vacation here!

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable family vacation ever! This home was perfect for us! The screened in pool deck meant we could enjoy the outdoors all day and evening! It was a short walk to the beach and across the street was any food or convenience needs. The house was SO CLEAN and comfortable. It feels brand new! The tiki bar was a fun addition. The pool was fun for all ages! We can’t say enough about this home and would recommend it to all! We can’t wait to be back!

Perfect location

We have stayed in this house a couple of times and love the location the food, shopping and the beach! The backyard oasis is perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. Frankie is fabulous to work with and keeps the property in beautiful condition. Would certainly recommend!
