Everything here was great from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out and the owners were super flexible and accommodating! The house itself was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds, enough space for all of us and the pool was the best! Plus you’re right on Pine with all the shops and restaurants and super close to just hop right over to the beach. Will definitely be staying again!

There are so many good things about this house! 1) Location - walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, convenience store, rental companies and most important easy walk to beach.2) The house is beautiful inside. Well stocked kitchen, great master bedroom/bathroom.3) Was very clean!4) Outdoor area was amazing! Waterfall in the pool and the tiki bar was a great way to end the night with a few cocktails!

Exactly as pictured, well equipped kitchen, pool with tikki bar were great after returning from the beach. The location is perfect walk to the shops, restaurants & beach. Loved everything about the house!

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable family vacation ever! This home was perfect for us! The screened in pool deck meant we could enjoy the outdoors all day and evening! It was a short walk to the beach and across the street was any food or convenience needs. The house was SO CLEAN and comfortable. It feels brand new! The tiki bar was a fun addition. The pool was fun for all ages! We can’t say enough about this home and would recommend it to all! We can’t wait to be back!

We have stayed in this house a couple of times and love the location the food, shopping and the beach! The backyard oasis is perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. Frankie is fabulous to work with and keeps the property in beautiful condition. Would certainly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing time! The location was perfect—close to everything, including the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the best parts of the island. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better pool and outdoor space. 10 out of 10—would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our week long stay in the blue house. The pool with enclosed screened area is a 10/10. This house could benefit from a new coffee maker and oven hood but other than that it was a big hit. We did not attempt to use the sound system (too complicated for us old folks) and pool heater was not needed.

We loved Casa Caliente for a family spring break. Clean and comfortable interior. Pleasant screened in pool and tiki bar was a nice escape from wind and bugs. Easy 1 1/2 block walk down pine to beach access. Excellent location walking distance around shops and restaurants although a very busy traffic and beach location during spring break as expected.

This house was the nicest beach house we have ever rented. Many nice upgrades and everything was in good working order. Great communication with Frankie. Especially loved the pool area! Even though it was heated to a comfortable temp air was just too cold for a swim. But loved sitting out there each day and reading. The location of the house was perfect for walking everywhere. We barely used our car.

It was just what my husband and I needed! The property was outstanding and we especially loved the pool, waterfall and tiki torches with fire pots...and the tiki bar! Everything was perfect and Frankie quickly answered our question when we got there! Would love to book for next year as well!

This was our first stay on AMI and I believe this property was the reason we had such a great time. The house itself and its amenities were great, we had everything we needed there. And the pool is absolutely beautiful as well as the house. But the location of the property was absolutely amazing. We were A short walk to the beach plus the cafe and the taco place across the street were both so good. Having everything else on pine ave right there was incredible. Couldn’t ask for anything more, and the host was very responsive for anything we needed.

Overall this is a great property with lots of personality and is exactly as shown in the photos. Our boys loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was great (about 5 mins walk with little feet leading the way). The shark face on the front of the house was also a hit! The house had everything we needed, and more. We appreciated Frankie’s prompt responses. Highly recommend this property for a visit to this beautiful island. Just a couple minor notes. The house speaker system wasn’t working for us for some reason, which was a bummer because it was a nice set up. Frankie was willing to come fix it, but it wasn’t too big of a deal for us. Also, a few of the essential toiletries were low or empty upon arrival - toilet paper, paper towel and detergent.
