Beach Breeze was an adorable bungalow with plenty of beds for our extended family. It had the charming colors of an island beach house-just what we wanted. So close to the Gulf but also off of the busy streets. Very clean and as described. The only small miss on the description is the spa or hot tub. Definitely a nice hot tub but there are no jets so not sure if it qualifies as a spa. The pool was perfect temperature and size. Love the front porch rocking chairs for sitting in the morning with coffee. Great for grandparents and grandkids!!

Beautiful house and perfect location!

Our family stayed for one week and loved every minute! The house was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing. Restaurants and shops were close enough to walk. Short walk to the beach - perfect! Thank you!

Perfect location

Hello Everything was perfect, very clean, well located. Easy to communicate with the agency and easy check in/out process. 200 feet from the beach and all shopping. Will definitely book again, I would just advise to replace the master bedroom mattress not very comfortable Will definitely come back

Wonderful week

We had a fabulous stay in AMI. The house was as described, small but all that we needed for our family if 6. It was a perfect location, a very short walk to beach and shops. House was clean and cute. We'd love to see more beach buckets and shovels, but loved having the chairs and wagon. We'd also suggestotw hooks outside for towels and wet bathing suits. Overall, a great stay!

The home was in a fabulous location! Unfortunately there was house construction next door the entire week, which made it hard to hear while using the pool! Toilet and ice machine were broken but fixed within the day we called. Wish there had been a few more supplies in the home—-salt/pepper; coffee filters; dishwashing detergent, etc.

Great location

This place is very close to the beach and restaurants. Can walk to a lot of places. Just be aware that they are VERY picky about parking on the island. We parked in what we “thought” was the driveway in front of the house (off the road) and we got a parking ticket. The driveway beside is very skinny. It says it can hold 4 cars but they would have to be super tiny. We could barely get our 3 cars in back far enough. Just be aware!! Everyone Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub!!!

AMI Sea Breeze 7/2021

We had a great time! Best part is the closeness to the beach, The Sandbar and Ginny and Jane’es. We were a little disappointed in the size of the house. The pics were a little off. We really needed one more bedroom but we survived! Our needs were met after contacting the concierge. Some small maintenance needs but unless the renters notify them, they can’t fix it! Thank you.... Rating it a 9 out of 10

Location was a win 🙌

Amazing first time in AMI. Couldn’t have picked a better location! Quiet beach only a couple of blocks. Precious free library book house across the street. Fresh donuts and coffee out the back gate and shops and pier within walking distance. Another perk was the Sandbar restaurant right down the beach... oysters for lunch and strawberry Collins at sunset ! Amazing vacation... thank you AMI!! Just what these mountain kids needed.

House and location was great!

We had a great vacation and enjoyed the house and it’s location to the beach and Pine Ave. The only negative to the house was having to walk through the master bedroom to get to the pool and guest house.

Perfect Location!!!

This house is situated on a quiet street and literally 4 houses from the beach!! The location made it worth the stay if nothing else did!! We had kids ranging from 2-9 years old and a 17 year old. There was hardly any traffic on our road or crossing to get to the beach. My only drawback was the guest bedroom with the king bed is really tight and that second bathroom is also small. However, neither is a deal breaker. I'd stay there year after year!! Living area is very spacious as well as the master. Overall, we absolutely LOVE this place and AMI!!

Only thing not making my impression excellent is that the hot tub didn't work properly, the only times it came close to working properly was after the pool was cleaned, once on Saturday and once on Tuesday, the rest of the time only one jet worked

Much needed get away!

This place was perfect for our family of 9. The extra room off to the pool worked perfect for my parents which go to bed earlier than the rest of us. Very short walk to the beautiful beaches and the pool/deck area was great to relax in the evenings. The donut shop in the back was great along with all the neat shops that are in walking distance. I would certainly suggest this property to a friend and use in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about this property, but you better watch out for people randomly parking in your area to get to the beach.

Perfect location! House was as described and photographed. Very short walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets. The pool and hot tub was awesome. However, the pool pump is a bit noisy especially if you are sleeping in the back bedroom. Would definitely return!! Great company to rent from!

Great Family Getaway

Beach Breeze was exactly what my family was looking for in a rental. It was very relaxing. Everyone had their own bedroom and private space. The beach is less than 75 yards away from the front door. The pool area was very great. Everything you need for the beach was provided. It is close to everything you need from cute little places to eat, to cart rentals, and most important ice cream stores. My family is talking about coming for two weeks instead of one, and Beach Breeze will be high our places to rent.
